Just finished this today and I was bamboozled when you also need to fight that huge monster where Louis dropped with no potions/items and I was also playing hard xD took me so many tries to finish both I'm lvl 13 atm
I beat him on hard with merchant on Mc, knight and warrior I was like level 16 I just lowered his defense with jump thrust and made sure I was buffing my main damage dealers attack

Just use 3 warriors and go with the Synthesis that requires all three turn motes.
Do that and you'll beat Zorba in 3 turns, or 2 if you get two crits.

Kinda wish zorba was a later boss fight like difficult necromancer boss fights but to early and was easy to beat

Do you have to grind that much? The zombies insta kill my party if they are raging and they attack like 4 times.
I would personally recommend being around level 15 or so. As long as you then focus the zombies each turn then you should be good.
