There is a youtuber named reggie that does insane runescape challenges in runescape, like beating the hardest content with a steering wheel, so, "while eating bigfoot pizza" would be very applicaple. His content consists of hundreds of hours of grinding for pointless shit, so, "reggie grind," and there is an infamous quest called regicide which everyone hates, so regicide difficulty would 100% make sense in runescape context. All in all show your comment to any old school runescape player and they would get a kick out of it.

Reading all dialogue in the cities as they become available / everytime I do a bounty or go to an area like that / dungeon I clear all loot possible including everything in the sandworms belly. Can’t wait to smoke a bowl and play all night tonight!
