We tend to take our Breath, The Breathing Pattern for granted until we are forced to gasp for life. Working with COPD patients, it actually made me understand the value of BREATH, the value of Living NORMAL as nothing in this world can buy the flawless rhythm of your breath and thereby your happy living on this earth.

You are saving people ma'am, thanks a lot. Also this breathing issue occurs in very humid conditions and cough also happens. The body feels tired and the brain doesn't function well. Are there any conditions to as to what to eat or not

Nice exercises. I am copd patient 72 years old. My oxygen level geos down to 70.while changing dress or in washroom despite holding my breath for some second s. Any alternative please?.

do tongue rolling , toungr left to right and tounge up and down in closed mouth pulling it through the root of the tongue

Not too good, facing breathing problem while going upstairs.And stop doing these exercises because one of my relative told me these exercises are not meant for COPD.Pl.suggest me which exercise is the best for me.Thanks ji

I have osteoporosis to and recently had two severe wedge fractures at t6/7 Iate these safe for me

please don’t think that way. lie down with elevation and continue doing puraed lip breathing. will help
