I’ve went to full blown performance and got my 5.7 dyno there. Had a cam, intake, long tubes and made 345 whp. Not sure if those numbers sound correct but. Planning on 392 intake and e85 conversion. Also my dyno felt rushed. It was a hot day and they were quick to get my car off the dyno to put a track hawk on it.. mean while they sent revisions still and downloaded it and didn’t even do another pull.
Email tuning is good for what it is especially on a budget but I cannot wait to get a dyno tune. Might get rid of the shorties and do long tubes first to take advantage of it. Great video man. You have definitely inspired me to get the ball rollin with the dyno tune with your results.
I'd love to see more 5.7 builds on TH-cam very underrated motors with lots of potential, sure cammed scatpacks are cool but the only things you can really do with them is a cam and supercharger where with a 5.7, upgraded pistons or stroker or supercharge it or put the 6.4 cam and intake on etc way more you can do and you'd actually have the money to do it since your not paying the premium for a 6.4 people praise the ls1 and swap it into everything and yet they make equal too or more likely less than the 5.7 hemi, and people still build 350 small blocks and praise them even though they're literal turds in comparison
The 5.7 is a really awesome engine for what it is. I'd think the only reason the 350 has such a large base still is the aftermarket support. It has more aftermarket competition and, thus, lower prices.

I am kind of liking the idea of dyno tuning my truck. Part of it is because I really don't want to install a Wideband and the gauge. I am wanting to cam my truck and considering using the HRT stage 1 over stage 2.
So i also live in California and i wanted to ask how are you passing your smog/emissions testing with the upgrade bolt ons you have ? I want to do some long headers, intake and tune but those are all basically illegal in California

@@GarcBomber this comment is stupid as hell. Not only does an AFR gauge not measure octane rating and thus have nothing to do with bad gas, they use a particulate sensor when tuning the car on the dyno. Get the hell outta here with these dumb remarks

The newer 5.7s have a compression ratio of 10.5:1 and the 6.4 is 10.9:1. The very first gen 3 hemi was 9.2:1 i believe.
