On the 8 speed TCM it will not shift at 6000rpm. It have to touch the red line for it to shift at some gears. Try to let shift at 6500 rmp and see if that will work. That was what worked for me but I went with Diablo tune

So let me be clear when I say $9000-$11000 on a hellcat… I was not referring to rebuilding the whole car. I was saying taking the the key components from a wreak hellcat such as engine, transmission, driveshaft, wire harness, etc ( key components) and doing an engine swap…. Once a build becomes in the double digits that’s an engine swap cost right there. I’ve been doing swaps since I was able to drive and $9-$11k on an RT something wasn’t done correctly that caused all this headache… now this is social media where everyone is entitled to there opinions and thoughts so no ill intentions nor hate on the build brotha… but for that price for me that’s a wreak hellcat from auction and take all key components and sell what ever you will not use. Keep up the fight man. Get ahold of Satera they might be able to help you out they turn these 5.7 with a hellcat supercharger every day.
When $hit goes wrong in a build, it can snowball and cost you tons extra. Hope you can excise all those demons.
