Especially considering they fix it for free. The truck bed rust on my Tundra was a build issue that they won't fix even though there are TONS of vehicles with it. That is a reliability issue!
The only difference is the mounting points of the motor as it is horizontal in the Focus and Vertical in the Ecoboost. Which is why they had head gasket issues trying to use the same gasket from the eco boost.

The head gasket would be best described as a faulty build versus a reliability issue in my mind.

Man I drive a 2017 Fiesta base in about that color so I guess that means Ill be able to get an RS eventually lol
