    WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

I am a big toe tapper user. It assists me with many things - relaxing, improving my leg circulation and yes going to sleep.

Hii thank you for this video. Since you mentioned that it is alright to fall asleep during the exercise, is it ok to do it while your head is resting on a pillow.

I've had chronic insomnia since a divorce. Acupuncture is helping. And Qigong. But still get wired and hard to bring that down at times. I woke at 4 30 am and found this. Did it in bed and began yawning a lot and tingling. I'll try it tonight. Is it better to do it before bed on the floor or in bed? My toes get a bit restricted. But sometimes if I do something on the floor then even getting up and into bed is a disturbing. And wakes me up.
Also I get shoulder pain in the night and this wakes me up. A good idea to do this when that happens?
    Thank you!

You can try to check if you have some tight knots in your shoulders; that means you have stressed, then you use your fingers to press on the knots to remove them. I have the same problem, usually I do it right before I go to bed, but sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and do it if I feel pain in my shoulders. Hope it helps.

A lacrosse ball will help a lot with shoulder pain. I just take the ball and put it between where i'm having pain and lean against it on a wall and it helps a ton. But shoulder pain usually comes from a tight chest so also work on opening your chest one of my favorite ones is holding both elbows behind your back.

Hi Nigar, if you tried this and you experience pain- that means there's poor circulation in your legs. Do you sit for long periods of time?
