    As a middle aged man who has a suffered with an l5 s1 disc herniation for almost 20 years, I have extremely poor hip flexibility/mobility. This in turn really aggrivates my back. I've recently been experimenting with some yoga stretches for these ailments. This routine was the best for my hips so far. A big thank you to the YOGATX family for putting out these videos for us!! I hope to be back on the golf course very soon with loose hips and a strong back. Thank you!!

    Wow, thank you so much Cole. These hip stretches changed my life. I haven't been able to stretch my outer thighs like this, EVER. All of the stretches are wonderful, but that one where the leg comes a foot past center line of the body, wow, it hurt so good. Thank you for the wonderful, encouraging yoga you and Yoga TX provide.       Marie Poursix This is the first time I've ever done yoga. I'm a cashier and my hamstrings are SO tight. I've never been able to find relief in normal stretches. I didn't realize how tight they were until the post with the apparatus in this video. My right hamstrimg was trembling from the slightest stretch in this pose. I had to really take it easy. Now I feel sooooo much better. I didn't even notice how awful I was standing before this BECAUSE my hamstrings are so tight. Thank you so much for this video. I feel like it's changed my life 😭❤️

    Thank you so much for these wonderful sessions. I have just started as I am feeling old and stiff and very sore in many places in my body and in 4 sessions now my various pains are less and feeling better.
    With further practice I can only become smoother and much more elegant in my poses!

    Cole, I have been doing a practice every morning watching your videos for about 3 weeks now. I get up about a half hour before my family and this is starting my day off right. I can feel amazing changes in my body and I feel excellent! One sequence I am looking for is ankles. I have played decades of sports and my ankles are now arthritic and not very flexible (had surgeries on them, they are in pain every day). Do you have something that can help ankles? Thanks!!

      Sometimes my ankles hurt, before/after/or during practice, or even some days. I haven't figured it out or what to do about it. I feel like I wouldn't be able to do anything if I didn't use my ankles.
