      Sleeping at night is difficult for me because of my low back pain. I like to sleep on my side and this was throwing my hips out of alignment.       Nicole Thom-Dowling I know exactly what you mean !! I've been dealing with a lot of pain in the neck and shoulder area and all though I did have a few sessions with a chiropractor and it did wonders for me I was still dealing with a lot of tension so after so many exercises and stretches I decided to give yoga a chance and found this channel to be extremely helpful as it's simple but very effective. I'd also recommend you to try their other video they did on neck and shoulder which is 20 mins long it does wonders.

      I need to praise you too. I have serious back pain for 12 years, headaches, doctors thought for a while, that I have epilepsia, because my neck can be stuck in one place for really long period of time. I've tried massages (only one woman was so great, that could handle it, now she's stucked with ptients and is too expensive for me), excercises, medicine, that made me numb, cannabis...nothing helped. It hurts mostly in atlas and axis vertebras and after this short routine I feel relief. Not like I would be "painless" again, it takes time to excercise this out. I've tried many excercises, but you explained, how to find critical spot.12 years and nobody told me this trick. Thank you very much! You have new faithful subscriber.:D I wish you only the best.:) (I would send you good vibes, but I'm not sure, if I have any :D)

    Oh my goodness! That arm stretch on the side for the neck opening was THE best stretch ever! I have been in neck pain for a week, that pose and the heat it generates! This is my go to video for neck stretch FOR EVER!!!

    My neck was killing me for weeks after I began working from home and purchased this "ergonomic " chair. Well I began suffering from severe neck pain which was intermittent and I made an appointment for the chiropractor but I cancelled it after I did this! You are the truth. Thank you so much.     I found this video a few years back and have done it here and there for some relief from my chronic neck pain. But recently I have suffered more and more from migraines along with the neck pain. I decided to try doing this video along with some mediative wim hof breathing on the daily since March 1. I am delighted to report I have not had one migraine in the past 20 days. It feels like a miracle.Thank you for these amazing stretches!

    2020.
    Holy ! :) as she said when she had her head tilted to the right with the arm extended !
    I couldn't turn my head more than 4" to the left from center, my middle back was so tight the pain radiated to the front.
    I felt relief from a lot of the pain after doing this session, after about 24 hours the pain is gone and movement in my neck is normal. Thus saved me a trip to the osteo, and I have found a super go to excercise. This is especially helpful after and before traveling (carrying those suitcases) especially traveling around city transport on buses. Metro..

    I get a lot of tightness throughout my neck and shoulders. I really like how this just opens up the areas of tightness. My go to video for pain relief :)!

    Thank you sister God Gift to earth ... I could never figure out this intense pain in my neck , I was like 5 when I injured my neck trying to do a flip ,felt so powerful then had flexibility out of this world until that day ruin everything for me .. took my peace of mind away and here I am 30 years old on a spiritual journey that I will fulfill with people like you here on earth..

    Amazing. Woke up with a stif sore neck as usual and found this. Did in bed before getting up. Really helped get me warmed up and stretched to start my day! namaste 🙏🏼

    This felt so good across my shoulder blades as well as my neck. :) I tend to get pinched nerves where my neck meets the shoulder due to a whiplash injury more than 30 years ago. These stretches really help to relax all the tension stuck there. Thank you! :-)

    This is great! I've been watching this video for many months. It is perfect right now for recovering from oral surgery where I can't move a lot but I can practice these variations from a seated position. Thank you so much for sharing these stretches. They help immensely!!

    I had very bad neck and shoulder pain every day for 3 weeks. I went on medication, taking 3 each day, still I had a lot of discomfort. It came out that I have arthrosis in my neck. I was referred to physiotherapy, but I am waiting and I was searching for some video to relive my pain. I did this program about 3 times, and today was the first day I did not have that pain in my neck. In my arm a had some pain, but was much better than before. Thank you so much, I will do this every day.

    I wasted about 45 minutes of my time following some other tutorials before youtube randomly autoplayed this. I am not following any routine but this one. This worked and I have pretty severe spinal stenosis in my neck that usually keeps me up at night. I kid you not, I can't even remember dozing off and I slept like a baby. Thank you, lady. If I could hug you through the screen I would! Cute dog too!
