I'm gonna be waking up at 4am everyday to do this, here is what im notcing. (I have school) day one: i felt the burn in most of these, but the workout relatively easy. I woke up the next morning with a line on my stomach (for some reason my upper abs line ALWAYS shows up first) 2nd day: definitely sore from yesterday, i can feel the burn even more now. something I've noticed during a few of these workouts is that i have TIGHT hamstrings and cannot put my legs straight up in the air. 😭 This workout definitely works though, as I'm seeing progress already :) I hope to see more throughout the week!! 3rd day: It's a lot easier. I noticed I'm feeling energized, sleeping is much easier, i don't feel as bloated, and I can see some definition on my upper abs and my sides. :) Can't wait for friday!!

Probably one of the most challenging ab session I ever did. I could keep it up with ankle weights until 2/3, then I had to give them up.
On my second week, I add 5lbs dumbbells to half of this and mannnn i feel and see the difference! ❤
