    I just started on a new company as a Project Engineer, and is very frustrating since I started a couple weeks ago and the project I have every turn I take theres something wrong, miss comunication, lack of process documentation, no clear milestones, even the IMS is pretty much nonexistant. It specially frustrating since I don't have the authority to get them to get ther crap together and start working as a team to at least have everyone on the same page and proper documenatation on where we are and where we going. Then I read the title of todays video and I almost said out loud, "I'm trying Adriana, I'm trying"
