    Hello Adriana,
How do i transition from construction project management to IT?
Is there a need to learn tech skills?

Hi @akshigoswami9113, managing a project in construction or IT follow the same project steps. The technical aspects of the project is where your subject matter experts come into play. They are the ones that will be carrying out the tasks and as the PM it is you job to ensure that they stay on time and the project stays on budget.
