This is one of the well articulated piece about leadership on youtube! I’m 5 years in project management and theres still a lot to learn. But sometimes I focus to much on the technical aspect that i forgot that leadership will take you leaps and bounds to success in this competetive area of management

I particularly liked the sections on setting the tone, and delegation and trust. The former creates a healthy working environment, while the later helps to create a vibrant and innovative team. The project success rises and falls on leadership.
    Thanks Adriana

Wow, sooooo happy that I came across this. Very eye opening. If applied, am sure it will not only elevate project management performance to next level, it will also creat a less stressful working environment and enable people not to carry office challenges back home, Hence, improving family ties .

@minji100 I am so please that you came across this video as well! I also have a 45 min webinar that I think will also help you elevate your project management performance! In this free training I walk you through the five key items needed on all projects, it's what I call the FAB FIVE FUNDAMENTALS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT. The FAB FIVE are the 5 key items that you must do on every project - if you only do 5 things, these are them! It’s a great way to simplify projects, while still doing the essentials needed to ensure project success. Save your seat here: www.slayprojectmanagement.com/webinar

Congratulations and I am thrilled my videos have been so much help!
I most certainly do have a course that I think would be of benefit to you. It's called SLAY Project Management. In this course I walk you through the entire project process from start to finish to make sure you know exactly how to manage your project. It also includes all the templates you will need to keep you on track with your projects! You will also have access to the SLAY Project Management Facebook group where you can ask questions and share your wins with other Slayers! Here is the link to check it out adrianagirdler.thinkific.com/courses/slaypm
Hope you check it out and wishing you all the best, great success and a very happy 2024!!!!

Great tips, as always, Adriana! I've been managing a complicated project once, on interpersonal skills alone (talking to team members, understanding them, and basically connecting the dots). And that with zero technical skills (i'm not a data engineer like they were...). So yes, leadership skills matter probably even more than technical when it comes to project management.

Great topics Adriana, but honestly I am now sick of u pitching ur Slay Project training as a salesperson now. I am not saying it in a negative/disrespectful manner but I genuinely love ur topics and come here to grab good content without enrolling in a paid course.

So glad you love my topics and the content. In order for me to do this, it takes time, money, energy and effort. Selling my course is a way for me to not only share the exact methods I use in my projects which makes running a project more efficient but is a source of income so I can continue to make these free videos on TH-cam that you enjoy so much. I understand your perspective and I hope you can understand mine. Cheers.
