    When it started to get too difficult, I did basic bounce. Made it to the finish line thou🎉🎉🎉

      That's interesting that you chose Basic Bounce as I find this is hard to do for long durations.

    Hi Winter, I did this 30 min session with happiness, just before I did your recent warmup, I left a comment under your video.
    For the jumping frequency I let myself be guided by the music, usually I use 140/150 bpm but I still jumped 2614 times.
    you announce 345 kcal, I am at 383, we are not far from the target !

      @@PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS I was training at both home and gym before Covid. Now, just at home and mtn bike and gravel bike most days. Great thing about FNC of NSW- so many great country roads and trails to ride!

    Workout done today. I tracked my hearth rate during the workout and adjusted rest time, keeping my hearthrate between 140-160. As the result, this workout lasted totally 40 minutes for me. I would like if you upload 30-40 min workouts with 20 work and 10,15 sec rest. Thank you.

      Just done ... A+! Especially the music which made this cold winter day feel like summer. Even Apple was happy with 2 out of three rings closed (just Stand ring left). 325 Cal burned and avg heart rate 138 and I feel great! Thanks again ... Merry Christmas, happy holidays, and thanks for keeping us fit in 2021.

    I love your videos, as you are actually natural and look amazing! I am sad though, that you deleted your lower body butt video because I love doing it when I don't go to the gym or when I am feeling lazy and I just want to stay home. My butt was changing into an amazing butt. I cant find one as good as yours. I also recomended it to some of the people I know and they thought it was amazing too!

    Winter, have you ever tried speed jumprope, where you try to push your RPMs to the limit? I wonder how fast you could spin your rope if you put your mind to it.

      I have tried speed jumping when I wanted to train for longer endurance workouts. Used Boxer Step and Basic Bounce the most
