Great video I'm getting into the jump rope the basic jump I enjoy learning about rhythm and taking pace while keep moving but I see how you look totally amazing 😲 you look very toned and rip 🙏 I'm very impressed so I'll keep learning more on the jump rope so I can do other versions of this eorkout 😊

That’s great that you are enjoying Basic Bounce I would encourage you to learn the Boxer Step as well as this allow you to jump for longer giving your calves some rest by alternating your feet. And yes I use jump rope for my cardio along with bodyweight and weighted exercises to build muscle 💪
I’m really excited to try this tomorrow morning. However I’m really scared I won’t be able to make it through the entire thing. Never jump roped for 5 minutes straight before, let alone 5 times!

Jump Rope is part of the overall training and definitely helps with conditioning if keeping my legs lean.
