Another gem from Eleni! For those days when your schedule threatens to shut you out of your fitness routine DO THIS ONE. These 12 minutes are packed. And no matter how tight the schedule is there's room for a quick 10+ minute "break" to work out. Later we can always do more if time permits, but this routine can make a huge difference when the choice is between doing something and doing nothing/skipping it for the day--which I never like how that feels. Try it you'll love it.

5.13.2023 sometimes life requires time to alter one's schedule for worthwhile milestones and celebrations. Today was one of those good days. But it meant I was stuffed behind the wheel of my cramped economy car driving 90+ minutes out and another 90+ minutes back with unusual delays tossed in. So my muscles were all constricted & I was so drowsy-punchy tired. So this workout was good medicine. I just needed to do SOMETHING today for my body to give it some movement even very late in the day.
Tried something new today. I’ve noticed these short workouts on Eleni’s channel and wondered what could that be all about. Well I can now tell you it’s about jacking up your heart rate real fast, I like it😃. Followed that up with these 30 minute routines, it made for a really good workout. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻
day 1✅ difficult and extremely sweaty day 2 ✅ same as yesterday this was my first workout in a while so it was really hard, my legs and arms were killing me day 3✅ i took breaks in between some exercises (still sore arms and legs) day4❌ couldn’t do it sadly day 5✅ sweatinggggg and weight went down!! lets goo day 6✅ a little easier than day1 day 7✅sweating like crazy but it’s definitely getting easier day 8✅ done!! starting to see more of a difference day 9✅ done! day 10✅ done!!! day 11✅ i love this workout omg and she doesn’t talk during it which is better (in my opinion) day 12✅ day 13✅ doneee! day 14❌ i couldn’t unfortunately day 15✅
@@sunshine-h4e i stopped eating so much, i stopped eating in between meals and stuck to 3 meals a day. it wasn’t anything specific i just added more fruits and vegetables and drank tons of water! i did lose a lot doing this but u have to stay consistent with it

I had open ventral hernia repair surgery 5 1/2 months ago, after a horrible c-section one year ago, and have been so afraid to begin working out for fear of it coming back, particularly any lying exercise that would really strain abdominals. But I successfully completed this and it was the perfect starting point to begin being active again after such a rough past year physically. I have gained weight and can feel decreased strength from everything my body has gone through. I will do this once a day to start and hopefully I can progress to linger, more strenuous workouts as time goes by.

It's my first time working out one this channel and I love it!! The combinations made me feel strong and the music choice was motivating and upbeat. One major thing that puts me off working out with youtubers is the sexual ,lustful music which is uninvitedly repeating in my mind long after I've finished. but This is a safe place for me. Also I finished the workout wanting more which is a surprise to me as I was feeling to tired to start my today's workout session. Thank you!! Well imo, if the music is distracting then you can mute the audio and focus on your playlist that works best for you. As for the switches, you see she takes a second to balance and get set for the next move, you can try that too. Well, be careful and enjoy your exercise 😉
I like the moves but yes it's fast, but I slow the video down and it's better for my pace, I'm not a high intensity girl so slow it to your liking and enjoy 😊
