actually hiit is supposed to be this "easy" because you need to just get your heart rate up and stay there for your fat to burn, believe it, I've done maybe 20-30 or so workouts on youtube that claim to be "hiit" but actually are just wastes of time because of how strenuous they are. I've been doing these workouts and LISS workouts and they unlike the "hitt" workouts are actually do something to burn fat.

I noticed that I am able to kick higher today than I was in the past, which is good, and I finally realized that when doing the knee up and jump I should jump on the leg still on the ground, so I started to do that. 133 calories with 171 total calories and an average heart rate of 125bpm, it was nice.
Since 1 week i'm doing your workout , honestly i like these because i'm out of ideas on "what will i do next ?" , you re doing a great job , big thank you ! 🔥👌
I like these 15 minute videos. Sometimes I don't think I can do any more and 30 minutes seems daunting, but once I get started I'm happy to keep going so the 15 minute videos are really motivating for me :)

Depends how much and what u eat. If u eat nothing you will loose weight extremely fast. Try do this daily. Then give yourself a year and you wil definitely see a difference. But also eat healthy! 😋

Shouldn’t be doing cardio before lifting weights it’s should be after as you loose significant energy and won’t perform to youre highest while lifting
