I do 10 min workout every 3 hours, start at 12pm 3 pm 6pm and at night 9pm I do 30 min all standing and no jumping workout,, and its all from your video.. I appreciate your effort

I was looking for a standing workout that I can do before I go to the gym or on days I can’t get out to the gym. My starting weight is roughly 230 pounds
