    This is my first time doing a HIIT workout. I was intimidated by HIIT workouts because i was afraid my unfit body couldn't keep up with the intensity. This is my first HIIT workout i did and fortunately, i kept up and sweat continues dripping even after i did the session. Short but squeezed out my sweat! I will follow this workout video again in the future

      There’s also no shame in not keeping up in the beginning. What makes you strong is the determination to keep trying. I cannot do these at all, but I just do what I can and over time it gets easier

    Honestly I lose motivation if it starts too hard, I’m really thankful for u for putting harder exercises in round 2. My brain can’t quit if I’m almost done

    Just finished the workout and I did it as a whole!
    Burned in total: 135 kcal
    active kcal: 113 kcal!
    This is a HIIT meaning I will burn the other kcal throughout the day! An excellent workout to make you sweat but not find it too difficult! ❤

    This time I burnt 136 kcals and my active kcals were 115!

    My mom and I- we both started doing this workout...it's not only doable but also quite effective. it seemed quite easy to me but after starting it I started sweating like a p;ig

    I'm trying this workout for a week. I'm 58.4kg.
    Update-
    DAY1(19/3/22)- Done✔✅ (a bit tiring but i did it.)
    DAY2- Done✅ (Got a lil better at it)
    DAY3 - Done✅
    DAY-4- Done✅
    Okay I forgot to update but i did this workout for like weeks and now i am 56.5kg 👍
    Any workout will do you good if you follow good diet along with it. Good luck everyone💞😃

    Normally i HATE doing HIIT but this is one of the only videos where I enjoy all the exercises. It’s not too easy but it’s also not super challenging and gets you super sweaty. Keep up the good work, your channel is definitely one of my favorites!!

    Just done the workout and it was got me more sweaty than I thought haha I’m 14 and have a workout routine I’m trying to do to lose some weight to feel better about my body ^^ I don’t do PE in school cuz of some mental health things and I think this is going to be quite helpful. Doing it 2 times a week with other exercises like I said :)

    Keep coming back to this fun workout. Love the kickboxing-type moves and the creative moves in there, and that it's no repeats, low-impact, standing. Those workouts are hard to find. Please do another like this, but maybe with a third round!

    I love this workout so much! I do it a couple of times a week and it's really effective without being painful. I've followed much more intense workouts where I was in a world of pain but were not as effective as this one for weight loss. Thank you ❤

      @@piku_190 I've lost 3kg with this workout, but I alternate days between doing this and jogging for 45min :-) for reference, I was 58kg but now I'm 55kg.

    I just started working out about a week ago and each day look for a new standing cardio. This is by far my favorite (: the jumping was killing my back. I also appreciate that there is no talking 😅 I have adhd and the talking and working out t the same time is difficult for me. This is 👌 perfect

    Excellent workout. I'm recovering from carpal tunnel surgery and needed something that did not involve using my hands on the ground. I was surprised how much I was sweating and huffing and puffing by the end. Very unique HIIT workout. Thank you.

    Really loved it! Innovative and good workout. I'm 59 years old and enjoy workouts in the morning before going to work and stretching afterwards by doing sun salutation. This type of workout has a combination of them. Good cardio and sweats! I just subscribed your TH-cam videos. Thanks!

    I will do this again. I like there was some new moves I haven’t done before. I’ll try to increase my intensity next time since I didn’t sweat. I appreciate no jumping. I’m glad I discovered this channel.

    Love this exercise. It’s low impact but got does it get the body working. After contemplating cancelling my gym membership so glad I found this effective working routine. Save money and workout at home.

    I am going to like Nobadaddiction videos more. I have a few like 30min no jumping HIITs and 30-min kickboxing HIIT from Nobadaddiction and keep doing it. Please make more 20-minute no jumping or less-jumping HIIT/workout as my knees really cannot jump a lot. And this type of shorter HIIT/workout can well match with another workouts with light weights. Perfect! Thanks, Nobadaddiction teams!

    Excellent work out as usual. I so appreciate your dedication and you sharing with us your skills and creativity. You have been a great listener to your audience.
    I’m always making suggestions from the bottom of my heart. I feel that if you change the clock to only rotating about six or seven seconds when the exercise is about to end it is much better than rotation for a complete 45 seconds it’s very distracting to the eye and I think the rotation as the exercise is about to end is very valuable and psychologically empowering.
    Food for thought!😍

    I want to start logging myself doing this. Since I ended up binging back all of my weight that I lost last year I need to restart
    Week 1: 180 lbs (started on 5/27/24!!
    Day 1: ✅ I was really sweaty by the end of it (5/27/24)
    Day 2: ❌ didnt do it but I did go out and look for jobs for a while so I got a good amount of steps in!! (5/28/24)
    Day 3: haven’t done it yet (5/29/24)

    doing this workout everyday but i have exams next week so sorry if i dont update !!
    day1: tbh it was tiring but not too much cz im used to workouts especially bc ive been working out since 2020 but i took a longg break getting in a healthy relationship with food n a better mindset!!

    This was so much fun! Was looking for a new cardio workout that wouldn’t be too high an intensity as fighting off getting sick. Really enjoyed the different moves. So much that I did the whole thing through twice! Definitely adding to my normal routines
