    What I like most about this video is, Joelle doesn't do a lot of talking, she goes right into doing the stretches. And she explains what stretch is working the hip area. Joelle voice is soothing and calming which makes everything more effective. Thank you Joelle

      @@YogawithJoelle i have AVN PROBLEM can I do this yoga , because movements of my legs has become limited.surface of hipps ball are rubbing each other and both sides are looking like black l. So pls recommend me shall I do it????

    I've been having sharp pains in my left hip for several weeks, I was taking Advil and Tylenol extra strength (at different times). I found your video Saturday and started doing the exercise, and I'm happy to say I no longer take Advil or Tylenol. The pain has decreased to almost non existing and I'm back to my weekend walking. THANK YOU

    Thanks so much for the variety of quick and effective exercises for hip pain. I have never experienced anything more painful at night, but I’m getting better and will continue doing these exercises forever, is the plan!

    Couldn't bend over or hardly move. Regular stretching wasn't working. Thank God my gf loomed up these videos I was able to gain mobility and grunt through the day. Will be following for more long term help

    I just want to say thank you very much for taking the time to make these videos, I’ve been suffering through both disc damage and nerve damage in my spine and this gives me just enough to be able to tie up my boots and get my day started. Working in construction is hard on the body so this has been a pleasant treat

    Joelle, I absolutely love your helpful videos. I especially try to focus on the ones you have that deal with hip\ bursitis pain. My pain becomes manageable after doing your strengthening\stretching exercises. They are the perfect length for someone who is still in the workforce…..

    I am so glad that I found your therapeutic yoga videos Joelle. I was just diagnosed with Lyme’s and your stretches and strengthening exercises are the only thing that has helped with my joint pain. Bless you!

    Thankyou so much!! Needed and loved this. Granted, i think i am the only person in the world that despises bridge pose, but I didn't feel forced to be a balloon, lol, so it wasn't so bad. Everything else felt wonderful. Many blessings!!

      Awesome job Jen! Bridge pose can be tricky for many of us, but there's no denying how beneficial it can be. Feel free to come out of a it a bit earlier, but I think over time you'll surprise yourself with how much longer you start to hold it 😉

      @@YogawithJoelle thankyou. It may be something about my chest. I always thought I had decent posture, but most heart or chest opening is hard or semi painful. I will atleast keep trying til surgery- especially since that could easily make my posture very bad, but then it will be walking for a while after that. Especially if it has a lot of benefits. I need all the benefits I can get in anything right now. So many blessings to you and thankyou for everything.

    I have a pinching pain in my right hip every time I take a step or lay on my left side, it’s something that disappears and reoccurs. Thank you very much for making this video I will use these exercises to help strengthen my hips🩵🩵

    I wish I'd found this video before I had hip surgery for impingement 9 years ago. But hopefully this will help anyway because that hip has never been the same since surgery. It's a constant source of pain!

    My hips kill me all the time 24/7 and I'm not sure I can even do that first position I have used yoga in the past for lower back pain and it worked awesome which was yrs ago but now that I'm nearly 55 yrs old my hips on both sides just BOOM BOOM BOOM ALL DAY EVERYDAY..
