I needed this one, thanks Joelle! Noticed that you’re at 84.9k now! Traveling to Japan tomorrow. Don’t want risk missing you hit 85, perhaps later in the day! Only 4 days from the last thousand subscribers. The pace has picked up considerably. So happy for you! Advanced congrats for 85k Joelle! And looking forward to your new videos. These old ones keep me pretty busy 😊
Thank you! This one was a bit challenging for me (but after all this is a part of the "5 days challenge"), and beneficial, as usual. looking forward to day 5!
Great job Kyrill! And it's super useful to help identify which postures or practices are more challenging for you, as bit by bit they'll start to become more noticeably accessible 😉 See you on day 5 !
This was amazing. Moving my hips the necessary ways and felt my hip becoming a bit more loose throughout every pose. It felt really well-throughout & structured.
Dear Joelle, I spend a lot of time sitting, reading and writing for classes. This stretch is perfect! I do it each time I take a break from studying. Thank you very much!
I absolutely love your sequences. My hips and lower back where so achy and after a nice 10 min sequence I feel so much better and lighter. Your calm instructions just make it so easy to follow. Thank you for all your videos ❤
I’m late again in congratulating you for hitting 63 big ones!! After 2 weeks in the mountains and a week in meditation, I really needed to go back to my daily yoga practice. This one was perfect for today. Going to do a yin yoga yo complement this! Keep up the great work Joelle!! Can’t keep up with your growth! 👍🏻
Instant relief! I did the video twice. The first time I paused the video to hold each pose much longer. The second time I did everything at your pace. Now my hips feel so much better! I feel like my hips released after a lot of sitting throughout my week. Thank you, Joelle!
Thank you Joelle.. I just finished the 28 day challenge and enjoyed every minute of it.. it really got me ready for workouts every morning.. I usually have a poor warmup routine so this allowed me to loosen up and activate muscles for my workouts.. I'm going to do the 28 day challenge again with hip videos before I sleep.. my hips and lower back seem to be the main focus points for me.. thank you so much again
Love to finish any strength workout with one of your hip strengthening workouts this was perfect! Do you have any videos on breath work? Would love it if you do! Thank you many blessings to you!
Thank you I’ve been doing your hip bursitis practices for the last three days and it has really helped me. I will continue to my hip gives me no more pain namaste. Have a lovely day🙏
Totally love this!!! Haha lil scary that my plantar fasciitis flares totally prevent further movement until I do some ankle rolls and release it but at least my obliques and lower back could handle it which can hardly handle bending over for the most part 🤣👌
I have been doing the hip challenge and have lost track of your subscriber count! I don’t know of any worthy athlete who wore number 46. To celebrate hitting this milestone, the first thing that number 46 reminds me of is the number of human chromosomes :} Congrats Joelle on this milestone. Looking forward to a big celebration very soon! Thanks as always! One more day to complete the hip challenge!!
Hello Joelle. I'm not quite sure if this is the space but I see that you are very present with us all in your community (channel) I v'e mentionned before that I had failed lower back surgery in 2020. I am still dealing with a lot of pain some must be chronic and some is neuropathic because I still have a moderate herniated disc in the lumbar region l3 (operation was on the l5 s1 ruptured dural sac) anyway I mostly engage in yoga with you about 1 hr a day plus cycling and walking at gym if i do more its too much for my back. knowing your "parcours", would you have any tips for me i'm really trying to get rid of medication. I understand that you are not a medical paractioner but you do have a lot of experience in this domain with your fibromyalgia and your hip bursite. Anything would be of great help indeed. Much love and thank you for the classes they really help me with opening the hips sacrum and less pain in the leg I also do your class on the pirifomus syndrom. I do a lot of your classes I'm more looking for tips like other things to do than yoga. Much Much love and as you always say Namasté!
Thanks for sharing your story Rachel, and it sounds like you're doing an amazing job taking care of yourself and practicing regularly to find what suits you and your body best. Indeed, I'm not a medical practitioner and can't responsibly advise on medical issues, so I'm afraid I don't have any particular insight to share on how to move away from medication, especially if it's something that's been prescribed by your doctor. It sounds like you're putting a lot of thought into what works best for you, and perhaps this suggests it's a good time for another conversation with your doctor or perhaps a different type of expert, like a PT or chiropractor. I do hope you find what you're looking for, and I hope that our classes together will continue to support you in your journey ✨
Thanks Joelle for taking the time to read me and giving me a couple of tips. I am already doing what we call kinesithérapie in french and all sorts of other things like accupuncture and osteopathie . So I will definately keep my practice with you as it resonates very well with me and am looking at your other offers like the fibromialgia set of lessons Do yout hink they would help? Have a beautifull almost solstice day much love and gratitude Rachel@@YogawithJoelle
@@rachelpark1389 Génial la kinésithérapie ! And great question - it sounds like the fibromyalgia program could be a nice one to try as it's really geared towards chronic conditions, and you can learn more about it here: tinyurl.com/yx7x2usu Or since it sounds like you're already devoting longer periods of time to your practice, if you enjoy yin yoga you might also like checking out the very gentle practices in the yin yoga selection, which I've really designed to be very well-rounded for everything that ails us: tinyurl.com/3w9zmvu4 Feel free to ask if you have any questions about these!
@@YogawithJoelle yes definately. I m still a bit impatient with yin yoga ! I have to learn to relax but i m going to check more closely the other program. I am definately looking for some longer classes with you! Namate
