I have been meditating for one minute before every meal for the last 3 weeks and it is making an enormous difference. Usually I have anxiety around food and eating and it's really helping to calm me down. I think it is also helping with digestive issues. Thanks Emmie for a great tip.❤

1. Waiting for hunger cues is important. I realized that this is a way for me to nurture or take care of me. I used to be too busy to wait for hunger cues and that snowballed into not even knowing what a hunger cue is.
