    🍇 recipes:
    quinoa salad:
    - 1,5 cups quinoa, cooked in herb salt
    - 2 cups edamame
    - scallion greens & parsley
    - freshly grated ginger
    peanut sauce:
    - 1/3 cup peanut butter
    - 1/4 cup soy sauce
    - 2 tbsp rice vinegar
    - 1 tbsp agave
    - lots of pepper
    overnight oats:
    - 1/2 cup oats
    - pinch of salt
    - 1 tsp hemp seeds
    - 1 tsp poppy seeds
    - 1/2 cup soy milk
    - 1 tbsp soy yogurt

    lentil curry:
    1 small pumpkin & 1 large yellow onion
    salt
    2 carrots
    1 tsp curry paste
    1 tsp turmeric
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    1 cup red lentils, soaked
    1 can coconut milk + ½ can of water
    served with yogurt, parsley & lemon juice

    - 2 cups oat flour

    ½ cup buckwheat, soaked & rinsed
    salt, vanilla
    1 cup soy milk
