Great advice. But no matter how much most people train they won't be as explosive as Doku or Mpabbe. That's God given speed.
Just posted on my Instagram about my client who hit mbappe level speed. He was fast before, but nowhere near those numbers. These things can be taught. Obviously to an extent. But if you worry about what your genetic limit is you will never get there

Love Nordic’s, if the other two make you feel good keep doing them but I don’t program them often

Hi, I love this video but could perhaps include some examples of clips when explaining something so that we can better understand what you are saying. Dont get me wrong you are explaining really well and I am learning but by having a visual demonstration it will help greatly. Thanks!
