alright mate, this video really touched me as I suffered a stress fracture in my L5 vertabrae as well. I was an international swimmer who had hopes of making it to the olympics. My L5 injury got worse and worse and I ended up being out for 18 months and had to retire from swimming at just 16 years old. My dreams were snatched away from me. I'm now 18 and miss it so much. Your extremley lucky to have recoverd from your injury, keep working hard and youll make it one day. Good luck bro!

Aw man, that really sucks. Working for something so hard and then getting injured and basically losing everything they worked for is pretty painful. Best of luck man.
This brought back so many memories for me, at 14 I was touted as the hottest goal keeper in England, I was at Wimbledon FC back in 1995. I was in the academy and then Leicester City came for me, we went up to Filbert street and met Brian Little he said he had been keeping an eye on me for months and wanted me at Leicester I signed a 2 year contract and won player of the season at 15. During the next season Man Utd invited me to train with them, I met Giggs and Lee Sharpe and Alex Ferguson, they wanted to sign me on a free when I was 16, a few months before my contract ended I was playing a game against Leeds Academy and went to collect a cross and landed badly on my right ankle, I broke it and ruptured all my ligaments, I had surgery and rehab but I couldn't kick a ball afterwards nor could I turn at a fast pace, I lost out on a Pro career from one bad landing, I still play for my village in my 40`s but my dream was never to be- I still have the mentality of a goal keeper, they say you have to mad to be a goal keeper

Amazing video never seen your videos before this is awesome I want to see more!! As a baller myself it made me think of mine I had scoliosis but football was all I knew... after two years not playing but working out making my muscles strong, I came back and played for Great Britain deaf football, it’s not heard enough due to deafness is not seen as a disability to be in the Paralympics. But this video moved me and I remember the days winning medals for my country. Xx

I feel you bro, I was joining juves under 23s but I tore something in my leg and it really put me down and I resigned my position at the club because of it, it broke me but its been a year now and I've moved on from football now, I'd have loved to make it big but I guess football wasn't my path.
