    Really appreciate all the kind words as well as the insight, Matt! Been seeing so much of your great content on TikTok over the past few months/year and love that you’re providing so much fantastic and accessible knowledge for footballers 🙌🏼
    Also, side note, over the last couple years I’ve noticed a shift in professional team workouts having way more variation in the hinge, squat, lunge, push, pull exercises like you discussed at the end. It’s so cool to see you talk about that and see my team trainers start doing the same thing.
    Appreciate the bump from this video as well haha. We gotta collab on a workout or something in offseason if you’re up for it 🙌🏼
