      The good news has once again come to you today. You can inherit the kingdom of God even if you are a sinner.. after all we are all sinners in God's standards of justice and holiness (he says that if a man looks at a woman with lust he has already committed adulterly with her in his heart NO MAN IS THAT PURE😅).....All you have to do is to honestly humbly pray repent/turn away from sins (read the10 commandments) and trust that Jesus for his love❤ for you he left his throne in heaven and came to the world he was humbled humiliated betrayed beaten and killed for your sake to pay the fine of your sins and mine so that we won't spend our eternity in hell but with him in heaven...this might be the last time you read the gospel...Look around🔥 be smart..the end is nigh🔥🔥 ..He is coming back soooon not as the sacrificed lamb of God🐑..but as King of Kings🤴 the judge of the whole world..Your soul is on the line😭. Eternity is a long time.

      Well done! Great stuff. Once it becomes habit, it is easier to do than not do I find.
      On cycle 7 d#24 of 30 challenge, adding additional classes like this on days I'm not working ☺️😷 🧠⚕️🏥

    I was so stressed these past couple of weeks because I had my driving test coming up, and the main thing that calmed me down before my test was yoga...and guess what? I passed 🎊🎊 Thank you Kassandra 🥰🙏

    I've done various types of yoga on and off for years. I've never managed to commit myself to daily practice despite knowing the benefits to me. During the first lockdown in the UK I took your 30 day challenge. Now, I can't do without it, even if I can only squeeze in 10 minutes of yoga or 5 minutes of meditation a day. It completely centres and grounds me. Thank you so much :)

    My word of the day is grateful!!! I am so thankful this video came up this morning. I have a lot of pain in my hips and feet that make it hard for me to get up and walk because of being so stiff, once I am up I can walk it out but still in pain. This video helped loosen up my hips and adjusted my lower back. Thank you for your yoga videos. Angela

    Everyday when I wake up in the morning I do her yoga and during evening I do some exercises .
    Earlier by only exercise I was feeling sometimes uncomfortable and in pain everywhere but after doing yoga everyday it’s like flying in the sky 🌌

    I really like this full body yoga class and I like the 15 and 20 minute classes as it is a manageable length of time for me to start the day!

    Great class! Thank you for doing another 15 minute class, it was still short enough when there's less time but gave more than just the 10 minutes, which is sometimes a little too short. I can still do a meditation class after this one. I liked the sequences, you did moves you haven't done in a while and I liked the breathing cue, haven't done that one in a while as well. I loved that you said the names of the moves and that we chanted OM at the end, it really did solidify the practice, helped to ground, centre and connect to Self and Source. Also liked the intention setting theme, helped to stay focused. My word: Present. Thank you Kassandra for all that you do! Have a wonderful day. Namaste.

    So thankful for these 15 min flows that you are giving us, 10 min are great for getting a class in every mornig but we always want more ;) There were new poses for me and I love expanding my learning. Also the breath "like the ocean" I didn't know it had a name or that it was actually a breathing tecnique but it's something I've used a lot intuitively.     Good morning Kassandra! , thanks for your great great videos, I wish that you do mini 2 weeks courses each has a theme, maybe strength or flexibility etc.., similar to the 30 days yoga challenge , I think that would be really helpful

    I enjoyed this... ty.. i like the block under hips it stretches my hip flexors .. everything is simple poses but very effective.. and ur guide is straight to the point.. ty very much
