    I love this mini 10 minutes session and always amazed on the number of pauses that Kassandra gets us to do within such short time period. For me personally these 10 minute sessions have been extremely beneficial, energizing to start each day and removing the daily pain and kinks especially during this confinement time where I’m seated all day behind my computer... Thanks again Kassandra for these short Yoga sessions!

    These really do change you. I'm new to yoga and I'm seeing a difference in 1.5 months. What I wanted for today was "fun" but then you asked what we needed from today, so I changed it to "peace"
