I've been using it the last two weeks and plan on continuing to do so until I can safely do more. My lower back pain is wild.

just want you to know this is the yoga of liberation!! i’m at my school’s encampment & done with assignments so i used this to check in with my body & it did the job w/o me having to move around too much or put my head on the tarp lol thank you!
The arch of my right foot has been aching for months, so this routine gave me the opportunity to do yoga without putting weight on my foot. Thank you-this video was perfect!

This really confused me. There wasnt enough explanation once we got into minute 7ish I’ve never seen those poses before and you said it like a one and done you should get it with no further explanation. Also the lighting and you in all black made it very hard for me to see what you were doing with your body as a reference, I couldn’t see the shape, so I don’t feel confident going forward with this video. :( half stretched but I hung in a bit and don’t see it getting any better so. That’s my genuine feedback. More explanation and better lighting / clearer example / guiding please!!

I sprained my ankle so I want to not stand, but I'm not geriatric and would still like some good movements. This was the perfect middle ground!
