Lost my grandfather not too long ago, and I know he’ll be so proud carrying on the tradition. My grandmother would cry knowing I’m making Persian dishes.

Hello there, I love this dish so much, I'm from south of Iran and my mom cooks the meat with the herbs before adding water and the beans are usually cooked separately and then added to the broth after the meat and herbs are cooked. I learned to do that as well and it always turns out so delicious.
I was playing Genshin Impact and decided to look up the dish Sabz Meat Stew from the game. I found your video and tried cooking it with my mom and it's soooooo good!
Bro this is literally my fav food. my grandma raised me and she passed away before I could learn how to cook this from her. Had some earlier today and thought that I needed to learn how to cook it. In the Egyptian cuisine they use the same technique of frying the greens until it blackened in a dish called "Taro with greens" or in arabic "قلقاس بالخضرة" .. the greens are chard leaves, cilantro and dill. It was a pleasure seeing how this dish made; and I hope one day I'll make it .. Thank you so much and wish you the best ..
Thank you! I'd actually never had Iranian food until I moved in with a 2nd generation Iranian immigrant when I was in college and I tried his mom's ghormeh sabzi. I've been dying to try and make this myself, thank you for this! This was easy to follow and it goes well with cardamom tea, plus all the herbs make my apartment smell wonderful.

It must be very delicious. I will definitely try it. And i love the design and colour theme of your kitchen and that beautiful cutlery 🙂. The side lamp beside the stove is also beautiful.
Dear Yousef. I am a Persian American man residing in America. I want to thank you for your very informative and entertaining cooking shows. I watch them not only out of a desire to learn from you but also because I enjoy watching your unpretentious and authentic style of presentation. I have a question related to your Jun-30- 2020 show in which you listed sheved (dill) as a main ingredient of Ghormeh Sabzi and did not include spinach. I had never before heard that Ghormeh sabzi included sheved as an ingredient. I wonder if that was an accidental error, a misunderstanding on my part, or you do make Ghormeh Sabzi with dill, instead of spinach. I thank you again, and hope that you will continue your shows as long as possible.
I like you food.. I like you iranian kitchen i can maken this because workwith peoples iranian en beverly hills California EEUU.. MR. chef you are.. Benditiones of GOD for you

But every time I looked up how to make it, it looked so intimidating that I doubted if I could even make it well. But after watching your video I'm starting to feel a little more confident in attempting to make it. I can't wait to see how this turns out! Again thank you so much!😊

Yogurt in ghorme sabzi? Wouldn’t that just take away the flavor? Never heard of anyone adding yogurt.
