I don’t know if this is sad to say but a lot of the products and brands u use I’ve pass them up so much that to me they don’t even exist what I mean is I buy the same wrong things so much that other options don’t even come into force for me but the way that u have showed how to use these things as a everyday routine is making more sense and has clicked 🤷🏽♀️eating healthier doesn’t mean that I have to give up my favorite meal of the day breakfast and I don’t have to do so many extra steps to eat healthy omg who knew ❤
Please keep making content. I agree with the other post your breakdown on food for weight loss has helped me tremendously. I just started but I have never bene able to write out a weight loss plan as far as food and your content helped so much. Thank you!

I like the oatmeal cookie idea! I never thought of that. Bae and I like to use the plain oats and flax from kroger and use a brownish banana as our sweetner then add the chia seeds etc.
You can adjust the volume on your video showing how you cook the food at the same level as the sitdown portion. This was an informative video but it was hard to follow because of the volume changes. That aside, please keep going and inspiring 💪🏾
