    Your 100% correct with the measuring the serving size i bought a big pack of doritos and measured out 30g each day and had that as a snack as well as being in a deficit and exercising i have lost 10lbs in 2 weeks i still have a long way to go but in the right direction i have cut out fizzy drinks the frappunacinos x

    Thank you for sharing. My registered dietitian would approve of your tips. However, I want to share a list of foods that are good for you, but are high in calories, and you may have to limit it in order to remain in a caloric deficit. I am a vegetarian and my meals consist of a Whole Foods diet, but it was the over consumption of the following foods that would cause me to gain weight or not lose weight. Nuts and Nut Butters,Dried Fruits, Avocados, Coconut Products, Smoothies and Juices, Granola, Whole Grains like white rice, Dressings and Sauces, Cheese and oils.

    love this. coffee creamer was the death of me. you don’t realize how many gd calories that creamer takes up! another tip that helps me - i always make myself wait 30 mins before eating more then one plate, or that extra snack, or the dessert. i tell myself if i still want it that bad in 30 mins then i’ll let myself have it. but 90% of the time i realize i’m full and don’t actually need it or i forget about it by the time the 30 mins is up and i’m busy doing something else.
