    Amit bhai aap yoga or pranayam bhaiya batate ho bs mai chahta hu ki aap yoga or pranayam kam se 20minte ka banaye or hindi mai banaye aapke kuch vidio hindi hai mai usko dek ke roj yog karta hu

      why not simply use a meditation stool - the spine gets straight and the knees don't hurt and you can concentrate on the meditation instead of fighting pains

      @@bojarneving6847 I just go outside in sit on my chair on the porch. Pose should not matter, Im with you. Some people claim they can even meditate at stop lights. All it is, is being in the moment at that moment.. posture should not matter at all if comfy
