My Mother-Inlaw had a Koren friend at work that taught us how to make this. This was back in the 80s. We all loved it. I' am going to give a try. If it tastes anything like I remember, I will take some to my Mother Inlaw . Now in her 70s she will love it. Thanks for the recipe !
Did you try with the airfryer? I'd love to know. I no longer cook food in that much oil. Have 1-2 tablespoons at most 😄 so the airfryer sounds like an option.

How many cups of flour please? You mentioned two and half cups of flour, but the screen showed 1 cup of flour.
