    Oh, that DOES look good! I'm going to try that tonight. I'm just so envious of your knife skills. I tried cutting my carrots like you just showed and for the life of me I can't keep them aligned long enough to get those lovely strips like you do! I'm wondering if I could mix some salt and pepper or other spices into the batter first before frying. Thanks again for a yummy cooking idea.🌹

    Great video! Thanks for the upload. I always though the chopstick on oil trick didn't work for me because of the type of chopstick I was using. None of the videos I watched before told me the chopstick should be damp. Thanks for the tip.
    Why isn't salt mixed directly into the batter?
