A year ago most of this was impossible for me to do. Since working through your short videos and now in the 2nd week of Epic 3, I did it all, including several full good form push-ups!! Knee pushups for me will, some day soon, be no more!! Caroline, you are an inspiration and a joy! 💗💗

I woke up this morning with headache and so tired I decided to take a rest day. But then I decided to do a stretch routine in the afternoon. I'm still feeling the headache but I'm felling so much better in my body. Thank you! Your routines help people in so many ways!

I've never really enjoyed rest days - I get bored and I over eat and they're just horrible; so two a week during EPIC I seemed a bit overkill. However, I'm glad I did this because I was so stiff after the Beginner's EPIC last week that I think my family had a hard time being around all of the complaints... I enjoyed this routine because it has a flow that I'm not familiar with so I feel lie I learnt a lot and my muscles definitely feel like they've released. Thank you for all of the insight that you bring with each of your workouts, Caroline. I am grateful :) Much love from South Africa

Done these stretches today as part of my rest day before I go on two walks with the dogs... so many movements reminded me of my old tae kwon do stretches and we used to do some for figure skating too! Great stretches! Would be great if you done a yoga video aswell 😊 some more moves in it!

Right now I am doing my main workout in the morning, but still need something for my lunch break. Yesterday was a run. Today I feel I need to spend some time with stretching. This will work out perfectly.
I locked my lower back a few weeks ago and had been inactive since, so I decided to do this stretch video for my first day back working out ..and wow, this video really helped make my lower back feel ALOT better! thank you!!
How did you lock your back ? That's what I feel, you got the right description, I have been doing her videos for work out, ibwarm up but I didn't stretch for 6 month, I guess that explains it to me but how did that happen to you, If you don't mind me asking
@@amalhassouna2130it was from running hills without stretching 🥲 since my comment 3 years ago, I regularly stretch more now pre/post workout and even on rest days which helps alot! Another thing I implemented was doing a very slow, very light warmup set or routine after I stretch, and now I rarely get injured!
Thank goodness for this. I slightly injured a leg muscle (tried to do too much and pushing myself too hard) and have only been able to do Caroline’s arm and abs workouts so I felt like my legs were being neglected and weakening. This was a great slow stretch workout that also worked my legs a little without injuring myself more. Definitely thankful for this 😊
I usually head for the (absolutely amazing relaxing and wonderful) Unwind stretch and had forgotten about this one. SO glad I found it again! Thank you Caroline. You’re the best 🤩
This is EXACTLY what I needed after a streneous day😀 Caroline, I have 2 questions and a request for you please. Request : could you please announce every.single.posture you do ? I am surely not the only one doing stretch WOs "just by ear" , and I barely look at the screen (otherwise, it cricks my neck), because I'd rather focus on the feeling of the postures. Then, as you do a voice over, it would be great if you announce the next posture just half a second before you do it on the flow ; otherwise, if we look at the screen, we feel in a rush if we see that "we are late" , and the relief is over. Then my questions 😉 Where did you get your fitness trainer from (just curious ! !) ? And : I ALWAYS hear that, when we are in a forward fold (either on one leg, as you did for the straddle stretch, or in pachimottanasana at the end), we shall look for LENGTH rather than for BEND in your spine. But your upper back is tremendously rounded, so I wonder if that's safe too ...have been on severe overtraining for many years and, now at 42, I'm looking for health first ! Thanks a lot if you take time to answer!!
Hello Karine! Thanks for your comments!! Yes I will definitely consider that for the future in regards voice over! Also the rounding of back in that position is not to overly stretch hamstrings more the back and gently before opening chest and lowering with chest up. I hope this helps! I am a certified personal trainer however I have taught myself a lot through actually experiencing a lot of movements, types of training and I know what works for my body. And I trust you when you say it's safe ! ! I've seen you incorporate a lot a different sports in your WOs, "crossed training" ( =mixed training) is the best to achieve a balance : physically, esthetically (this one is hard to write for a French girl !), and mentally 😀Keep doing so well ! ! !

I usually find excuses to avoid stretching. I didn't even realise how time went by this time. Definitely feeling very relaxed.
