1968 Honda CB160 - Refresh - Part 4

The 1968 Honda CB160 project is complete! I'm very please with the way it turned out. My original goals of thoroughly detailing the bike, replacing worn bushings and cables, and most importantly, removing the horrible rattle can spray paint from the engine courtesy of the previous owner were accomplished. We also repaired and installed the original air filters and upgraded to LED gauge and taillight bulbs.

I had one a a kid, and about 20 years ago found another one, in blue, that was complete in great shape. Now…..in storage, haven’t touched it. Yipes.

Very nice recap of the project. Do you recall the model of "Ricks regulator" that you used? And why did you go that route? Trying to make a decision.
