      ,early morning cinnamon water, than brown bread with 2 shami kabab or two egg whites,,lunch may 2 oranges,or bowl of watermelon, evening may 3 salty biscuit with tea,and dinner may fish piece or chicken piece ,with brown bread,,before going to bed I drink saunf and zeera water,,u can add ajwain in it if u want too

    Today is my 15 day I tried this workout + diet
    I lost 4 kg in 15 days
    🏋️‍♂️ in start I didn't have enough strength to do any exercise for one minute
    Now im meeting that point 😇😇

      If ur weight got stuck then,, u take 1 tea spoon of chia seeds and soak for 15 mnts in a glass of water, then add one lemon's juice and 1 tea spoon of honey... Take this daily before breakfast. U will get results in 2-3 days...

    Sana, good that you are educating our masses but don't forget to also teach them warm up in the beginning and stretch in the end. Otherwise exercise will not work so well and can harm you. Specially neck issues in 7th.

    Hi Sana this workout is superb.I am doing it from almost 20days. Every time I do I sweat a lot.in 1st 10days I lots 2inches.but its stuck now no changes in waist ,weight is also same. But I will continue let's see inshaa Allah. For beginner's it will pain for first 4to five days but hoga.trust me don't leave it continue slowly slowly. Love you all.

    I have seen lucy's video but can truly say this video by Sana has truly inspired and motivated me because it has additional tips that makes the video unique. Many public videos on training and cooking on youtube may look similar but whatever video actually gets the message out is what matters. That's why Sana does a much better job at delivering the message than Lucy and is not an exact copy. Please disregard negative comments here. I am doing your other chest workout video too in addition to this 7 minute one and I feel amazing!

      That's totally up to your body how much can your body take listen to your body.
      For beginners it should be from 1 time a day and then you can add extra workout or do twice a day
