Guys it really works, I've been doing this for like 1.5 months and I can see alot of change in my chest area. My chest was 42 inches and now it is 39.5 inches, lost 2.5 inches I'm soo happy. I did an hour long mostly upper body workout today, so I'm sure that's part of why this was so intense, but this is absolutely insane. I feel it so much in my arms. I hope it's working my chest too.
This is for anyone who is just thinking about which fitness youtube to trust. I just want to take this moment and appreciate Hana. I have done many workouts like this. May it be Chloe ting or someone else. I love Chloe and I am not criticizing her in any way but I was not able to do her workouts nicely. I will start one day, and even just after a 10-minute workout I would feel drained and my muscle pain was unbearable. I couldn't continue her workout the next day. With Hana, I started her workouts because she was the only one giving so many breast reduction workouts that didn't need any equipment and her smile is just. so beautiful. But now I seriously wanted to focus on my breast reduction and overall wanted to be more active. And her workout programmes are just so easy. there is a rest day every other day and I feel like I do not need a rest day from your workout. Please give me more workouts for the day. I would do 4 or 5 workouts of her in a day. Not only they are easy to do, but they also do not cause me any muscle pain, they make me feel more energized and they are hella effective. I am 15 and I hate my breasts, I am a 34DD and i hate the uncomfortable stares I keep getting all the time, I want to go down by a cup size or two. i am not overweight but i do have a high body fat percentage, and some fat accumulation around my thighs and back. I really hope this workout works for me, i am really underconfident and absolutely hate how my breasts look, I talked to my mother about it and she just told me I look pretty and there is no need for reduction, and she absolutely won't let me get surgery before i turn 18. I am really confused as some articles on the internet say you cannot naturally reduce breasts significantly while others say you can, my large breasts are not genetic and everyone on both sides of my family is around a B or C. @@nasfolder hii, not this workout specifically but around 30 minutes a day and good eating really did help me a lot, i lost fat in a lot of areas in my body and i did get stronger, i still have large breasts but even they have improvement, ig i lost maybe 1.5 inches around my bust and like 2-3 everywhere else. i am not being consistent at all for the past 2-3 months and prolly wont be able to till march as i have very important exams coming up and am not being able to manage my time, nut i hope i csan get back on track soon. I'm 61 and have been doing this workout for 2 weeks. I started my 3rd week yesterday. I've also been following another workout alongside this one for 3 weeks and reduced my food intake, almost completely cutting out junk food for the last 7 weeks. I have lost a stone in weight since starting the workouts, that’s 14lbs or 6.35kgs. 😊. My arms feel firmer, which is great, as I was developing bat wings. Everything feels firmer and the great news for me is that I can walk downstairs facing forwards, rather than sideways hanging on to the handrail and I can sleep on my right side, or my back. Previously, the weight of my bust was crushing my lungs and I couldn’t breathe. I love Hana's smile, I always find myself smiling back. 😊 Just one thing though, I appear to have dropped a boob! - one breast is bigger than the other, I'm hoping they even out over the forthcoming week. 🤞🏻 I can also fit into a UK 14/16 dress from a UK 18/20 size 😁. I’m so happy. Love this routine. I can’t do the star jumps, so I just bend at the knees instead. xx

@@hayaafridi1161 Yes I have noticed big changes. They are not too obvious visually for other people but for me I have noticed that my smaller bras fit comfortably which they didn’t before. The fat all around my breasts reaching to my armpit area has became less noticeable. My arms became stronger so I can hold myself in push-ups which I couldn’t before!. Something I have noticed as well is that my lower body feels a little bigger than my upper body though , it feels like I still need to work on my lower body
I’ve been doing this workout 4 times a week for 3 months, and I’ve seen some great changes! I’ve lost ½ inch around my bust, 2 inches around my stomach, and ½ inch off my waist. I also dropped 5 kg overall, and the difference in how I look is really noticeable. But when I hear people saying they’ve lost 4-5 inches in chest size in just 1.5 months, I find it a bit hard to believe - I mean, chest size doesn’t usually change that quickly, right? 😂 There’s only a slight difference in my chest when I wear outfits. But i believe with consistency i will see more results

Started 18/04/23 41 inches(38C, age 19, weight 87.4kgs) Day 1 ✅️ So I used to do this workout before but around the end of last year i stopped bcoz of laziness. I didn't realize it then but this one helps me so much. On my thighs and waist. Although i don't think i ever saw any significant diff. in my chest area. Still I'll be restarting it from today. And I am also doing a few other workouts along with this, approx. 1.5-2 hrs of exercise daily. Earlier I wasn't able to do this without breaks or breath shortness but today, my heart didn't race that much. At day 14th, I've measured my bust size. It went from 97 cm to 92 cm and then I proceed to try on one of my favorite cute clothe. Still tight but not too tight like before so I decided to continue the chest workouts on this channel. I also do some diets like changing my breakfast to less or no flour ingredients. I usually eat cake/bread + milk, but now I changing it with fruits/oat/fruits oat + milk. I also decrease the amounts of rice that I eat and increase the protein more like meat, potatoes, eggs, etc (because I'm kinda picky to veggies heehee). I hope all you ladies realise though, there are no specific exercises to target weightloss in a particular area of your body whether it be your breast or belly fat. In order to lose fat, even in your breast its essential to do full body workouts just as Hana has demonstrated through cardio exercises here - because they work the whole body. Our bodies can't just burn fat in one area but do it for your entire body. So if you seeing results from this its because Hana has incorporated cardio workouts that workout the whole body and remember as well, nutrition and what and how you eat plays a huge factor! how can I gain weight and get abs?
I've been doing this excersise for 5 weeks now and I've seen major results. I took a picture when I first started and my bust size was 34 inches, after 5 weeks of this excersise and occasional breaks I'm on 29.5 inch. I'm 17 years old btw❤️

Guys it really works, I've been doing this for like 1.5 months and I can see alot of change in my chest area. My chest was 42 inches and now it is 39.5 inches, lost 2.5 inches I'm soo happy. And I'm gonna continue it and I highly recommend this to everyone. Just keep going guys, be consistent and remember no pain no gain. Fighting 💪

This is for anyone who is just thinking about which fitness youtube to trust.
I just want to take this moment and appreciate Hana. I have done many workouts like this. May it be Chloe ting or someone else. I love Chloe and I am not criticizing her in any way but I was not able to do her workouts nicely. I will start one day, and even just after a 10-minute workout I would feel drained and my muscle pain was unbearable. I couldn't continue her workout the next day.
With Hana, I started her workouts because she was the only one giving so many breast reduction workouts that didn't need any equipment and her smile is just. so beautiful. But now I seriously wanted to focus on my breast reduction and overall wanted to be more active. And her workout programmes are just so easy. there is a rest day every other day and I feel like I do not need a rest day from your workout. Please give me more workouts for the day. I would do 4 or 5 workouts of her in a day. Not only they are easy to do, but they also do not cause me any muscle pain, they make me feel more energized and they are hella effective. Thank you so much, Hana.

I am 15 and I hate my breasts, I am a 34DD and i hate the uncomfortable stares I keep getting all the time, I want to go down by a cup size or two. i am not overweight but i do have a high body fat percentage, and some fat accumulation around my thighs and back. I really hope this workout works for me, i am really underconfident and absolutely hate how my breasts look, I talked to my mother about it and she just told me I look pretty and there is no need for reduction, and she absolutely won't let me get surgery before i turn 18. I am really confused as some articles on the internet say you cannot naturally reduce breasts significantly while others say you can, my large breasts are not genetic and everyone on both sides of my family is around a B or C. I hate my body and this workout is my last hope. If anyone had signicant results, please leave a reply to this comment to help me keep going. I will keep updating if this works, please pray for me.

@@nasfolder hii, not this workout specifically but around 30 minutes a day and good eating really did help me a lot, i lost fat in a lot of areas in my body and i did get stronger, i still have large breasts but even they have improvement, ig i lost maybe 1.5 inches around my bust and like 2-3 everywhere else. i am not being consistent at all for the past 2-3 months and prolly wont be able to till march as i have very important exams coming up and am not being able to manage my time, nut i hope i csan get back on track soon. I'm 61 and have been doing this workout for 2 weeks. I started my 3rd week yesterday. I've also been following another workout alongside this one for 3 weeks and reduced my food intake, almost completely cutting out junk food for the last 7 weeks. I have lost a stone in weight since starting the workouts, that’s 14lbs or 6.35kgs. 😊. My arms feel firmer, which is great, as I was developing bat wings. Everything feels firmer and the great news for me is that I can walk downstairs facing forwards, rather than sideways hanging on to the handrail and I can sleep on my right side, or my back. Previously, the weight of my bust was crushing my lungs and I couldn’t breathe.
I love Hana's smile, I always find myself smiling back. 😊
Just one thing though, I appear to have dropped a boob! - one breast is bigger than the other, I'm hoping they even out over the forthcoming week. 🤞🏻
I can also fit into a UK 14/16 dress from a UK 18/20 size 😁. I’m so happy. Love this routine. I can’t do the star jumps, so I just bend at the knees instead. xx

The fat all around my breasts reaching to my armpit area has became less noticeable. My arms became stronger so I can hold myself in push-ups which I couldn’t before!. Something I have noticed as well is that my lower body feels a little bigger than my upper body though , it feels like I still need to work on my lower body
I’ve been doing this workout 4 times a week for 3 months, and I’ve seen some great changes! I’ve lost ½ inch around my bust, 2 inches around my stomach, and ½ inch off my waist. I also dropped 5 kg overall, and the difference in how I look is really noticeable.
But when I hear people saying they’ve lost 4-5 inches in chest size in just 1.5 months, I find it a bit hard to believe - I mean, chest size doesn’t usually change that quickly, right? 😂
There’s only a slight difference in my chest when I wear outfits. But i believe with consistency i will see more results

So I used to do this workout before but around the end of last year i stopped bcoz of laziness. I didn't realize it then but this one helps me so much. On my thighs and waist. Although i don't think i ever saw any significant diff. in my chest area. Still I'll be restarting it from today. And I am also doing a few other workouts along with this, approx. 1.5-2 hrs of exercise daily. Earlier I wasn't able to do this without breaks or breath shortness but today, my heart didn't race that much. I did it till the end without stopping,without chest pain or drinking water and that my friends is my biggest achievement. Keep going, all the best

0:47 hello Hana, thank you so much for all these workouts. I've been trying most of all the chest workouts variations on this channel. It really works, and today is my 15th day doing the workouts. At day 14th, I've measured my bust size. It went from 97 cm to 92 cm and then I proceed to try on one of my favorite cute clothe. Still tight but not too tight like before so I decided to continue the chest workouts on this channel. I also do some diets like changing my breakfast to less or no flour ingredients. I usually eat cake/bread + milk, but now I changing it with fruits/oat/fruits oat + milk. I also decrease the amounts of rice that I eat and increase the protein more like meat, potatoes, eggs, etc (because I'm kinda picky to veggies heehee). And I still sleep late because.. yeah bad habits but I'm trying :"D. Fighting and good luck for all of you that trying to be better and improving your health 💪🏼
0:47 Oh and I doing this workout once a day. Just pick one of the chest workouts video randomly and combine it with some stretching exercises before start the workout to make yourself more flexible.

I wear 36 DD and since I've started doing this my breast aren't overlasping in the bra and it fits like a dream, I get comments about people saying i must wear proper bras but bras for me in my country costs $300.00 dollar for just 1 and since I'e started this 4 weeks ago my breast don't over lasps or become a problem when I'm running, I'm 15 years old and I love this work out routine so much, This has change the way people look at me and see me, Thank you so much for this ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I hope all you ladies realise though, there are no specific exercises to target weightloss in a particular area of your body whether it be your breast or belly fat. In order to lose fat, even in your breast its essential to do full body workouts just as Hana has demonstrated through cardio exercises here - because they work the whole body. Our bodies can't just burn fat in one area but do it for your entire body. So if you seeing results from this its because Hana has incorporated cardio workouts that workout the whole body and remember as well, nutrition and what and how you eat plays a huge factor! All the best endeavours ladies! :)

UPDATE: it’s definitely worth it, super easy. I no longer do this anymore because I’ve noticed they were becoming saggy but it’s definitely worth it.

@@HOSTAGEARSONIST Yes, but I do 400 jump ropes a day which makes you lose inches and workout as well which could’ve been a reason. I measured myself. I was at 38 when I started, I’m at 34.
