that's a comprehensive list - for the most part.
Good list, for the most part.. 😂
OMG....thought it was just me saying if that guy says "for the most part" one more time I'm gonna scream. It was really distracting from the great info he was giving. I found myself playing a game....okay, he's gonna say for the most part now.........and he usually did. I think Isaish should do a funny short just with this guy saying "for the most part". Would be funny.
For the most part 😂 nice apt.
For the most part
Great amenities
For the most part great location.
lol.😂 I was about to make that comment. You could retire on the amount of times he says “for the most part” 😊
I love that it’s his go to. It’s much better than “umm” all the time. My word is “sooo” 😂😂😂
I've stayed in Bangkok since 2007 and live in Din Daeng just off Ratchada. I pay 6640 thb, which right now is about $186. Big C, MRT Station, The Street Mal, Esplanade and The One Ratchada Night Market are 5+ minute walks from the Condo, which has a massive swimming pool and a reasonable fitness center. Central Rama 9 is one stop away on the MRT and is just minutes away and Suhkumvit is 3 stops and a quick trip. His place is much bigger and nicer, but its also $1300 more, lol. I love it here. Just to be clear, I am not hating on anything he has going, it looks great, I just my info to show that there really great options that are much more economical. I'm from Michigan too. 😋
Love this info too
What's the name of your condo?
How are you able to rent versus using AirBnb? As a foreigner, is there a lot of red tape to get through?
For the most part 7000 is great price
How big is your condo?
You’re lucky you found someone as cool and down to earth like your friend. Half way around the world and you still found him
I love seeing two young brothers living well and comfortable. Love seeing y'all win out here kings.
Bangkok is better than NYC in my opinion. Great video guys!
Everything is better then NYC I’m in NY now it sucks lol
Been in BKK for a month and I agree
@@Gombi787 I only been in Bangkok for 3 hours unfortunately lol I missed my flight from the airport cause it was rescheduled and had paid for a taxi to Pattaya 1hr 30 minutes then the same on the way back to the airport 1hr 30 minutes lol next time I go out there I will go to Bangkok to visit Pattaya had me caught up lol
@@allinonethegreatyeah Pattaya 😅will get you caught up for sure. I was down there for 21 days and I didn’t wanna leave 😂
@@Gombi787 LAUGHING MY FUCKIN ASS OFF 😂😂😂 next trip I’m going for a month. It will go by so fast 💨 I will have fun though lol
Expensive for my tastes but good to see what $1500 gets you. Think paying $500 further out from the center and near a BTS is my level (for the most part 😂). Great video as always!
Fair enough! Haha
I stay in a great place and area and pay $186 for a furnished 40 m^2, furnished condo that is extremely convenient. I just wrote a comment with more details if you are interested. Let me know if you want more info. Cheers.
I thought about the rent also, but the inexpensive food, services and transportation offsets the cost.
@@vanhattfield8292Can I get the details?
Yes very expensive, your paying American prices
i love how it’s right at the station…….
Dope video for the most part 😂 Tappin in from Nashville TN 🛫
🤣🤣
😂😂 I thought it was just me for the most part 😂😂
Glad to see the brother is thriving in thailand, that apartment is nice af and massive. BTW bus to bangkok is not that bad haha.
I really enjoyed this profile. Dude has himself together and was very open and thoughtful with his answers. You did a great job interviewing him with meaningful questions. Thanks, young bull.
I swear he said for the Most part 100 times , Dope condo tho
I love the amenities and conveniences of that location! I've been looking for a retirement spot in Bangkok. This facility is an awesome candidate!
I want some pho, let’s take a day trip to Vietnam. That is the best thing I have ever heard.
Glad to see my bro AJ doing well. I'm extremely proud of him.
“For the most part”…That’s a nice apartment building and I like the size of the 1 bedroom. Plenty of room even for us Americans.
Already loving the video. loving seeing my peoples out there🔥
Great interview. I love your interview questions. Happy to see a brother is doing well overseas. Great video !
Great interview brothas.
Been following AW since he was in Brasil.
Ya'll make an OG proud.👊🏿💯✈
Great job and information! You guys hit the most important topics.
Brother you share a lot of useful content...love it man! Stay true to what you do! Will be in Thailand April 1. Respect!
Great interview guys
Really enjoyed it, for the most part
Awesome vid, I really enjoyed it. Keep up the good work!
That was dope man I like that for the most part😂😂 but very informational and down to earth appreciate what you doing. Keep it up.
Great video!! Great interview!! Very well explaining and breaking things down.
Good content I’ve been in bkk myself for months! Good to see more of us
Phenomenal Interview With Alot Of Useful Nuggets!👍
Thanks For Interview, And Appreciate The Transparency!
Yes! Love the info here and i also tip local services where I live. I'm a full-time remote worker from US living in Mexico and i definitely like to give back to the local culture and people however i can. Buy local products/produce, learn the language, understand intricacies of the culture, etc. Tipping generously is great cuz it shows we appreciate the privilege of living in (insert other currency ) while earning in USD.
Great video and interview....also congrats to him for thriving!!! I will say ....i feel $1500 is a bit excessive..i pay $380 and i think my condo has wayy better amenities and looks a lot more modern. But he does have amazing space! Love to see this! keep going!!!!
I thought it was high too
@@bill7868 I have this and I pay 920 with everything
Edit: first I thought this price was high but there’s so much space and even has 2 balconies?!?!
This is not bad considering everything he’s getting.
I love his spot for the convenience, but I also think I would look for something cheaper and more culturally located. I could live in a highrise in any major city in USA, so I would want to experience something different, but great for him ❤
@@duvaunewhite2267
Next to everything
The time it would take for you to get to work to where he is
To save two dollars
Location is nyc
You figured it out, young buck. Keep on thriving!
love the bathroom tour and the advice to exfoliate - it shows ! his face shinin' ! 😊😊😊
Great video! I really enjoyed the conversation.
Nice work bro. Glad to see other brothas during positive things out here. Cheers!
Good interview ,I love that life. I’m definitely coming
Big up young brothers for living my life, continued success young men,
Awesome pad, cool guy, and very insightful knowledge dropped.
Thank you both.
Great video really informative and portrayed a great insight into living in Thailand. Thanks bro.🙏🏾✨😎
Thank you so much for sharing what a higher end condo looks like. I am simply amazed at what my income could do there as opposed to the states. I appreciate you both for your presence in this video 🙏🏻
From UK, just to congratulate you both on an excellent episode, there are so many opportunities for us out there👏🏿🥰☕️
Great Video Guys. Thanks for sharing.
Good Man, congratulations on your OCD as I can relate. Your place looks AWSOME
great apartment, great location, great tour, it's exactly the condo I'd be looking for, I dig your computer setup much. Good job!
15min city for the most part! Thank you for doing this. Dope video
Great show my brother and very informative. I would just love the convivence of the attached station alone. I have no desire to stay in Bangkok but that is tempting as hell
Good stuff Isaiah.
he's paying a premium for location and the size. you can find something similar further out for about half or less but that a very nice condo
Thought he was older than 33, but he is definitely Living The Dream and to be that young is great.
Who Cares If He Looks Older. Let's See What You Look like
I thought he looked younger!
Some shade....jeolousy?
If you look at his skin and face generally he doesn’t look older. It’s because he is big, he said he’s on a diet so when he loses weight, I’m sure he’ll even look younger, He looks well put together.
Homie is out there living like a king. Love seeing black folks thriving abroad.
Great interview 👍👍
Love the video ❤❤❤
Going back to Thailand this summer, planning on spending a year. A friend of mine swears by the ekkimai area. Gotta check it out. Seems like there’s everything you need without having to go out too far.
Great vibe my brothers, for the most part
Nice place. Its nothing wrong with being clean. Any lady complain about it says a lot about her. 😊
I shattered my ipad screen in the Philippines and they fixed that thing in like 4 hours and it cost 30$ that was a year ago and it still works just fine. This dude is living the life I want, nice house TVs food is good. I have 4k a month this is the realistic budget I was looking for.
Thanks for this video. Very great information! So happy to see African American men doing great things with their life.
These videos is motivational for me to leave the matrix , nice Condo I’m also from Michigan.
Great video. Been wanting to go to Thailand 🇹🇭
these guys both impress you with their intelligence....much success
It’s a vibe for the most part
Boss crib my man!! Great location and amenities.
Great location. Beautiful room clean and organized.
It really is!
For the most part. . that a badass crib😍
Great video!
I couldn't keep up with how many times my man said "for the most part"!😂 Great video!
I just had to re-listen about Aijalon's expenses. I thought he said he was spending 2-2.5k USD not including his rent, but then I re-watched and see that's including rent....wow. Wondering where he found his chef and are the dishes being cooked, Thai, American, or a mix of various cuisines...That sounds like a great idea.
I have a friend that was balling out in PH, his private chef turned hi pad into a high-class restaurant - dude gave me an Amuse-bouche, I was like what...lol. But a meal prep guy sounds like a smart idea. I don't mind cooking but to have someone make me some good nutritious meals would be great.
Wow. Living well ! 👍🏼
Also one of the reasons I chose Bangkok...easy to get to other SE Asian countries and the price to get there is not bad at all...3 - 4 hrs will get you most places from on a non-stop from BKK to India, China, Singapore, Cambodia, Laos, Viet Nam, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, add another couple few hours and you'll be able to add Japan, S. Korea, Australia (6.5 will even get ya to the Middle East - UAE, & Oman - Qatar too, but at a bit higher price-tag).
GREAT VIDEO
Nice to see brothas out here living good. Been living in China a few years, now thinking about moving to Thailand but been in Bangkok a few days now and loving it. Possibility for a meetup?
Great video - 'for the most part' ;D
Nice setup, for the most part.
Isaiah, you really look like another creator who creates content about Ghana, he’s also from the states but for the life of me, I can’t remember his name. If I remember, I’ll let you know. I really enjoyed this interview! I’m also a digital nomad, living in Dubai and hopefully will come to Thailand next.
Yesss, this is more my style, can't wait till i can retire there and just chill with baht millionare lol.
Just found your channel, great video you have a new subscriber
Awesome, thank you!
I love this guy
Welcome to Thailand bros...
Great place, the setup in the corner of the room make the difference! Pretty rare in Bkk definitely correct pricing for this condo on 42! This should be around $2000 in phrom pong. Smart move!
For the most part ... he is winning
The size of this condo is great. I lived in a much smaller 32 sq meter condo where I had to work from home sometimes.
This is great. Could your boy share more details on how we geta a chef to prep his food? This is fire. I need to get this done.
I’m financially set ,and am ready to do something different in live. Love meeting good people, friends you guys are cool . Hope you could show me around and teach the ways, have a few beers.
Come on over 💯
He's literally in downtown Bangkok at this quality of apartment. 1500 is a very good price. So much "space"
Awesome place for the most part
Fo’ da most part merchandise needs to happen
😂😂
For those of you that dont really know BKK or Thailand... .this brother is LIVING LARGE! Brah I am impressed and the convenience and location 1500 a month is insane. To be honest Im good and over BKK and Pattaya but a place like this in other places is cheaper but harder to find. AWESOME. Good luck to you brother don't get married unless she gives you 2-3 babies. 5555 Peace.

I’m 😊😊
1500$ and No oven included overpolluted Bangkok
Same Apartment in Cambodia for 500$
You can't say enough about being on the BTS. That is huge.
Bro, I could seriously live there for the rest of my life
So glad men are taking care of their faces and bodies in terms of hygiene. So important!
Motivation!
Everybody has a ‘tick’ phrase that they unknowingly use over and over. Mine is ‘you know what I’m saying!!!’
Great looking apartment and congrats on the nice lifestyle you got going out there. Don't think I could justify spending that much on accommodation but I love the fact you're saving a lot on food by having everything home-cooked. You could save even more by cooking it yourself but I guess you'd rather have that time back to yourself. How much is the personal chef if you don't mind me asking ?
Interesting video ...for the most part.
“Nice little vibe bro for the most part man “ 😂 guy is eccentric. nice facilities for the money.
He got everything... FOR THE MOST PART.
Currently in Thailand. Was in Bangkok last week and been in Pattaya for the pass 5 days. I like it In Pattaya. Currently condo touring in Pattaya.
Where? 😂
Bigger space surely comes with the higher room rate. The standard smallest size will cost 50-60% lower, in those good location and under long contract condition.
