    Mentally, I've already moved to Thailand.
    Physically, I'm still in London.
    Financially, I'm broke af.
    Creatively, I'm gonna get my 3 TH-cam channels off the ground to change the situatuons of my 2 prior problems 😤😤
    And I'm not gonna specifically spend my days in Thailand. It'll be where I reside, but I wanna jump on a bike and visit the bordering countries of Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam.
    Been watching man's channel when you arrived out there on your grainy cam, and look at you now Brudda: Bluetooth mics, clean cam, drone shots, skin glowing and meeting cool like-minded brothas.
    I'm trying to do the same.
    Wish me luck you lot.. We ALL can achieve peace and tranquility in life by removing ourselves from the chaos 👊🏿✊🏿💪🏿

    As a New Yorker who lived in Asia for 4 years, I can say that I am ready to leave again. The cost of living was just so much... BETTER. A lot more reasonable. Things didn't feel so difficult. The biggest issue I had was that my dating life was horrible overseas. If/When I decide to leave again, it would ideally be with a partner.

    What's up my Brother? Guess what dude. I just turned 73 the Sunday before Thanksgiving, and I was stationed in Thailand twice wayback in the early 1970s. Trust me you're making me home sick sort of speak. I was in the Air Force back then in my early twenties, and boy did I have fun. What I do see is that the monetary system as well as value is still somewhat the same. What I'm saying is that a bot is still worth a nickel, that's incredible. Back here in Phoenix, Az. an unfurnished studio apartment would run you almost a gran. What your friend have there with all the amenities, unfurnished, up and downstairs with no maid service would run about 2 gran easy. You guys are making my decision easy. I get a VA pension almost 1400 dollars a month. I really don't need that much space at all. I can find a one bedroom real easy, fully furnished with maid service for about 200 dollars a month anyware in the Land. You fellas enjoy yourselves, God Bless you. Peace!

    This has been my dream since the 2000's. I went there for a month and was blissed tf out the entire time.
    Life doesn't need to be the grind. the rush. the struggle. the race for things that don't actually matter to us.

    The climate looks so warm out there like it never gets cold weather....The view is amazing. For me to see two brothers from the USA make moves to live better is amazing !! Everyone from USA the states are definitely moving to other countries like Bangkok for peace of mind in better living, but less than living in the states I’m thinking about moving myself out of the country..

    Can you elaborate how your able to get a visa to stay long-term and how hard was it to get the necessary credentials to get residency was anything required before you bought the condo and moved there. Thailand is diverse asia in general has many beautiful places to explore i recommend siem reip Cambodia, bejing china, kyoto Japan, Pattaya and Phi phi Island Thailand.

    Is it possible to move there but keep my job in USA? I work rotational shifts at work and have weeks off at a time with decent pay. Would I be able to travel back and forth multiple times a year and live there as a home base? Was wondering what requirements etc would be included to make that move. Thanks!

      Best way to do it is to have a skill that you can do online and start an LLC so that you can work from anywhere in the world. IT consulting is a popular one. You only need to make like $50k USD a year and you will live nice in SE Asia.

    Hey Isaiah, I'm currently in Bangkok first time here and I know im paying too much right now. Question: If I want to stay for 6 months rather than a year could I still get a place/price like this or would they require more of a longer term lease like 12 months? Also what is the visa situation like? Is this brother making border runs every 60 days and won't thailand crack down on that after once or twice?

    • @theisaiahashleyshow4251
      @theisaiahashleyshow4251  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@shayach7983 hi, i’m not sure of his Visa situation, but to answer your question about the lease. It’s really up to the owner. Usually, you get the best price at a year lease, but if you negotiate and find the right person, they may still give you a good deal at six months. May have to ask around though.
