I love this brotha's lifestyle. He is having a great time. I hope that he ignores the broke boys in the comments who are always complaining about prices. This is Thailand, it is a fairly developed country and nice things cost money.
@@NomadRecruiter-AijalonWallace Anytime man. Keep enjoying life in Bangkok and sharing it with us. I learned from you that I could do meal prep at the grocery store so cheaply. That's going to be a regular thing for me when I leave Africa and make my way back to SEA.
Glad to see bro back on the channel for the most part tell him not to worry about the haters in the comments, he's living life on his own terms, and brings positive vibes and is very insightful
Totally agree the USA has been such a struggle just keeping a roof over your heads and trying to buy food, taxes and the crime… not good for retirement… Thanks for the information….
The pool and location is clutch. As a solo traveler the small room is no problem its all about amenities, security, and location. I'm looking for next spring definitely a good option. Thank you! ❤
I like how you can joke about the "for the most part" 😁👍 I'm currently living at the Copacabana condo building in Jomtien and it's amazing in my opinion and they views are just incredible. Soundproofing is not the best, but I'd say that's Thai build quality for you, even in the buildings people would refer to as 'modern'.
I must commend you both on doing a great job of showcasing the Edge Condominium. You covered all bases. It is always good seeing two brothers living their best lives in such a positive and classy manner. Yes I hope you will continue to cover condominiums and would like to see and hear your opinion of the Millenium and Base Condominiums as well. Great Job fellas.🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿.
I looked at this building months ago … ended up going with newer Arcadia Millennium just to have another smaller condo then my bigger Bangkok condo … Bangkok air pollution is crazy high level right now good to have multiple in Thailand 🙏🏽 good content
Another very nice video Isaiah! Maybe you should hook up with local realtors, and show some of the larger units that are available....like 2 and 3 bedrooms, etc. I think that it would make Great Content!!
Crazy awesome palce !! 😍✌ Thailand is unbeatable ! Keep on your great work Isaiah, good content, fantastic Aijalon, smart man with a big portion of positive vibes 👍
I stayed there In January for a week on the 29th floor. It had floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean and Pattaya with a bathtub by the window!!! I have pictures (both PG and with… friends hahaa) enjoying it. It’s literally just a bathtub completely separate from the main bathroom that is next to the huge windows that open up fully slide open and you’re takin a bath looking at the ocean
I stayed there... it's a great spot for a weekend getaway, but I couldn't see myself living there. The space is a bit small, and the pool and common areas are always busy. A short walk to Beer Hubb, my favorite restaurant there.
Very informative video. If you could spell the name of the cities you are talking about, that would be great. Bangkok is a well know but the other city you mentioned, I can't make out. Thanks!
I would definitely stay a weekend. Great condo, location, etc. $700/month to live there in a tiny room is a bit steep in my opinion, but I know that size is the norm in Thailand. And all things considered, the place is 10x nicer than anything you could get for the price in the states...
Thank you for this video. Was looking for a place to start my Thailand month long vacation. I will start with a 7 day Airbnb at this location. Now looking for a 21 day Airbnb in Bangkok. Was looking near terminal 21 Asoke area. Found a place but reviews states they are not legally supposed to Airbnb. If you have suggestions please advise. Next year starting last week of October.
I'm the guy from Atlanta y'all was speaking about 😂😂. I definitely never said Atl was better than Thailand that's just hilarious how untrue that is LMAO!!!, All I said about his Bangkok apt was, it was too small to be paying Atl prices. If I'm paying $1500 for an apt in Thailand, that MF'R better be a Penthouse suite 😂😂😂. Pattaya seems to be more my vibe & price range, I would def pay $35-$40 a nite in that room. Loving the Content keep it going 💪💪.
Great video. However, Some of us would like to know how much a weekly or monthly rates are. I'll be visiting Thailand this June. I would like to see more 2 bedroom condo tours because my daughter will be with me.
Firstly, I love Pattaya, and the Edge is a great short-term choice. Space might be tight in the smaller condo's long term. BUT your comments about the red light reputation are funny " it's not something you just see on the streets" boys cmon m8. Outside central Pattaya, I'll concede, but in zone is why we love it. Great break from BKK. Thx for the videos, boys.
damn he got a great deal. Last time i stayed there I paid $80 and $140 a day (on new years eve) The room that I stayed in was a little better designed though. Nice spot for that price. I guess I need to start booking in Low season. Sometimes it's hard to enjoy the pool with all the Chinese tourist 😅

AJ seems like a great dude living a great life. I don't think people are broke criticising what he pays, he seems comfortable overpaying if anything - I'd dread to think what he spends in the US 😂 If he's happy he's happy, but I would use other sources if you're trying to figure out reasonable pricing for a similar life, unless you just don't care about that, which seems to work for him!
Mm.. it’s not necessarily about “being broke.” I’ve lived in Thailand off and on hella times. It’s also about NOT being that foreigner who drives up local costs. $1500 is way too high for the size of his condo in Bangkok. I had a two bedroom with similar layout for $500 on the Sukhumvit line too. My large studio in Pattaya with a great roof pool and gym was $450/mth. Amenities and location are what drive costs in Thailand but sometimes people come here and pay anything when they should be more bargain savvy like local Thai people.
I live in pattaya..for 25k u get much bigger room ar walking distance to beach roads ..I know thus building..its nice..but room are too small..cannot stay more thn 3 days there...") beside this i luv ur vdo")I aam.between kenya and thailand for work.
I agree rooms are small but they do have two bedrooms in this condo for sale! This is also the newest building built in Pattaya, the older buildings aren't as pretty.
The Edge is a nice place I just don't want to be in the center of the city I live 15 minutes south in Jomtien in a Beautiful 60 sqm 1 bedroom on the 45th floor right on the beach with all the amenities u could ever want and with incredible views The valves u get here in Pattaya and Jomtien are incredible. My condo would rent for at least 5,000 anywhere in the U.S and I pay 775.00 I like u don't see myself ever moving back to the U. S except to visit
This may be the spot. Some day soon.. also I feel like he realized he said " for the most part " so much in the last video, he's checking himself lol. Great content tho guys
Low Season (April-May, July-September) The months from April to May are the hottest in the country, and if you cannot handle extreme heat, a holiday here is best avoided. July onwards starts the monsoon, and the next three months are the wettest and the least appealing ones to head to Thailand.
