Great video Isaiah 👊 - If someone was visiting for 1-2 months to start and considering moving there - would you recommend AirBnB or a different option? Also do you recommend any particular parts of BKK for living?
I would say Airbnb will be your best option- if you’re coming for the beach- stay away from Bangkok - Phuket, Pattaya and the other islands have the beaches- if you’re were staying longer - I would asked if you want to take over my lease - if you are taking it on April 1 - you will have 11 days of free rent as my rent is due on 11 of each month. I am going back to USA 🇺🇸 and I need someone to take my lease and you get to keep all the furniture that I purchased
Hi Isaiah, I'm coming to Thailand tomorrow for 3 months. Would you recommend getting a e-sim before I I leave the states so I would be off and running as soon as I get off the plane? I was going to get a service like Airalo for data but I might need to call my bank 800 number if they don't have a chat room. How would I be able to this. Maybe buy a local sim also for that purpose?
Right now my son is there and had a problem with his phone (at@t) the e sim didnt work he bought at the bangkok airport so i would check it out before u leave
If your phone service provider allows Internet phone call - that is a great service to have. I have metro PCs and they allow me Wi-Fi. I will say to get an e-sim so that you can get through the Airport- to go to the mall to get local sim - when I come to Thailand 🇹🇭 1st time - I made the mistake of getting my sims at the Airport and they charge me $40 - but I got a better deal at the Mall for $8. Also do not exchanged money at the Airport - rather withdraw money at an ATM. There also free Wi-Fi at the Airport

Great video, Isaiah. Love your channel. One question about being a digital nomad. Even if you’re physically in Thailand but working as a digital nomad where all of your work and clientele is based in the U.S. and not taking away jobs or business from the Thai people, aren’t the visa types super strict about prohibiting all kinds of work with Thailand? I know there is a specific digital nomad visa, but the criteria are super strict (earning at least US $85K per year, working for a company with capitalization of at least several million dollars (I forget the exact amount), being in certain specialized labor categories, having at least $250K US invested in the Thai stock market or Thai business, etc). Obviously, most digital nomads don’t fit those requirements. What is the workaround?
There is no work around. He is working illegally in Thailand. He will eventually be reported to immigration and deported. He does not understand that any work requires a work visa. His TH-cam channel too, as he is using Thailand resources to earn an income. He does not realize Thai immigration monitors internet activity of all foreigners. He has some hard lessons to learn.
Your best bet is work remote from Thailand option is below, unless you have a decent amount of money and can invest into the Thai Economy. Work-From-Thailand Professionals - Personal income: min. USD 80,000/year in the past 2 years. - If personal income is between USD 40,000/year and USD 80,000/year in the past 2 years, applicants must have a Master’s degree or own intellectual property or receive Series A funding. - Company in operation for at least 3 years with combined audited revenue of min. USD 150 million in the last 3 years. - Min. 5 years of work experience over the past 10 years.
Hi Isaiah, how are you doing my man? My names Andrew. Your I'm thinking about moving to Thailand in the future. I am ten minutes and twenty-four seconds into your video and have a question for you that may be personal. Why do you think, you moved around so much in Thailand? Phuket, you said you ventured to. Etetera. Why are you moving from Pattaya to Bangkok? Do you think about the quality of the air being a problem for yourself? Do you think people who move to Thailand, who haven't previously lived there get restless, so to speak, and then want to move elsewhere inside of Thailand? Bored? What are you thoughts on whatever you want to answer. Thank you. I have been listening to you for not month, yet, and I always find something I can use for information regarding everything Thailand. I am learning everyday. Thank you. Peace friends
Legally you cannot arrive on a one way ticket without a visa, airlines can refuse to board you. Stay away from visa agents, if legal it's easy and cheap to do it yourself. Elite visa is the only easy option if under 50 if you want to stay long term. Ed visa's are only a year, forget visa runs. Does not say what visa he is on.
Sometimes they ask sometimes they don’t but yes typically will need to show some kind of exit ticket. Why would you tell ppl to stay away from agencies? Most people do not want to have to de with paperwork and what not and the cost isn’t that bad
More than one agent has run off with money and passports gone. Much of their income comes from passing on bribes to IO's for dodgy extensions.@@theisaiahashleyshow4251

Make sure to turn off rooming if your service provider allows Internet calling using USA number
Was it hard to learn the money in Thailand? How is the wifi? I am a news junkie. Can you get all the tv channels from the USA?
Did you find out the answers? These are good questions

Work-From-Thailand Professionals
- Personal income: min.
Can you lay out the visa/border run strategy that you have been using to stay in Thailand as long as you have?
Did he say that's what he was doing?
