It’s required by law that every condominium project need to provide green space (garden, plants, trees etc) in the complex. 🌱🍀 that’s why you will see each condo has own garden or rooftop garden
Just submitted my application for an expedited passport and once I have that in hand I'm gonna start the process getting a DTV. I hope to be in Thailand by next June because here in the states, I make $3700/Month passively and still live paycheck to paycheck. Can't wait to escape this unaffordable cesspit.
3700 a month and still live paycheck to paycheck ❓ Seems like you're the problem lol‼️ I make about 4400 a month, & I'm definitely not living paycheck to paycheck ‼️
Really nice of that stranger, who coincidentally has your mic in hand, to give you a tour of his condo. Haha. There are some really nice people in Bangkok
I"m moving to thailand in couple of months from california. Thank you for these informative videos on the condo's. And this condo is definitely a living type of space im looking for, not crowd 50% capacity, no Airbnb (only condo living). Views on Views. FaceID access only, 🔥💯
Hi wat will u do? Will u secure a place before you arrive? These type of places require a visa if no Airbnb.. i think …😢 so need to get a visa thats not a tourist I guess..I want to move also I hate the U.K.
The content is so rich- synchronicity meeting this gentleman, what another kind soul you found. Enjoyed being the silent witness to you two. You both cover all the draws to Thailand I experience living in the states and I trust the process, I am here now -and avoid creating unnecessary stress by not trying to be there, then, in my head. Staying present my intuition tells me I will Zen my way there all in good/ God’s time, not mine. In the meantime, I am following you and remain grateful for your leading the way. Yes, paying almost $2,300 on monthly basis for mortgage alone - a rental there would be an equivalent to my monthly fuel bill, here, minus utilities, and internet. So the contrast is immense and I simply chuckle at your good fortune. - thank you so much, Isaiah for putting yourself out here for us🙏🏻

Hey really enjoy your videos, I am going to Thailand again for the second time end of November. What is the best way to check out places to rent in the future while im over there? Do you have to contact agents whats the best way to do this
Love the videos bro! I Used to live in Taiwan for a couple years after university. We moved home to start a family, but I miss Asia and its hospitality and crazy value on the usd. I’m looking forward to pulling up out there in the near future. 8 months home in the Midwest 4 months abroad. We’re a family of 5. When you can, I’d love to see an upload of something with more size. Maybe even a video of on a map of areas or sites to check out places.
I viewed this as well as a few other ‘new’ condos, yes facilities great, but at around 30sqm it would drive me crazy living in a rabbit hutch for a year. Found an older larger room at a cheaper price on Asok. Love it. My years up and I’m moving to a beach. Bangkok was great, but time to move around.
Great video. You didn't cover how far it was to many of our points of interests like the nearest public gym to there, the trains, nana plaza, walking street, malls, grocery stores. Lease options, other unit sizes, proximity to airport. Get my point? I'll be there in November, and saved this video to check it out, but remember some of us don't know that area than any other area in Bangkok. Thanks keep em coming
It is located 500 meters from BTS Phloen Chit Station. Only 2 stations away from shopping malls Siam Square, Siam Paragon, Central World or if you want to go to BTS Nana, it is only 1 station away and about 1.5 km. from Lumphini Park.
man, my brother got me a room at the Rembrandt Residences in bangkok. right around the corner from the emsphere mall. the hotel next to it, the Rembrant hotel had a resturaunt that sold the BEST cheeseburger i've ever had. and i live in las vegas, we got tons of "upscale" cheeseburger places. i've eaten at gorden ramsey's place and the Rembrant hotel has it beat. a REAL cheeseburger in thailand. i flew to Khon Kaen to visit my family and after a week of eating amazing street food i was craving a cheese burger. NOTHING hit the spot.i took me and my nephew to the central mall and seen a sizzler. i thought THATS where ill get a cheeseburger! both me and my nephew got sick. so when i tell you, the Rembrant hotel has an amazing cheeseburger, you better believe i mean it.(coming from a fat man who loves food.lol) the only thing that made me laugh was that i went to the mexican cantina that looked amazing but no mexican food, lol. they gave me a menu and they had everything from italian, indian, and a beautiful, amazing cheeseburger. and the pizza there is awsome too. when i go back,im staying there.

When those many locals who earn $16 per day don't mind that foreigners come in to live in luxury, why would you? Thais are overwhelmingly Buddhist who believe in good and bad karma from their previous and current lives. You yourself cause whatever comes your way, good or bad. By the way, there are many Thais also who live like or better or much better than what you see in the video.
I live in this condo for almost a year now. I am paying 23,000 bht for rent and about 1000bth elec and 100 bht water. I am home all the time so i blast my AC 24/7. It is 5 min by car to NaNa where the red light district is. It is in a walking distance to Central world and other high end shopping malls the skytrain and taxi canal boat are also near by. I like everything about it except that it is not close to wet market. Not easy to find street food in walking distance. I used to live in baltimore, maryland USA so i know dirty and smelly. This area is not. It is in prime location. I could have got half price for similar condo that is a little bit outside this area. Bangkok is big and what actions are you talking about. It is not possible to be close to them all. This is as good as you can get but the price is toward high end. I am telling you this as a Thai so no BS here.
