    I def struggle with not eating enough calories. Despite being active, I cannot lose weight and that's prolly the reason. Your body will hold onto weight if it's not getting enough food. Currently 5ft7 183lbs. Goal is 155-160ish by the summer.

      If you have a hand mixer you can use that to shred your chicken. Makes it super easy!

    Adding egg whites to my protein has changed the game! I could never reach my protein, I was scurred it was going to taste gross but it tasted exactly the same! thank you!

    I saved this video for rice recipe. And gotta head to the gym one day and pay for personal training and invest in my health and body and get my dream body. Your hair looks so nice.     Hey Keisha girl, hopefully you see this! Would you consider making a mini ebook for sale that has high protein low cal meals? With pictures and cooking instructions? I know you have these videos but I would loveeeee to have something physical I can use ! I love your meals but I always forget which video had what meal lol even when I save the video I still forget lol. If it’s something you’d consider I’m sure many would purchase! Even if it just has 10meals! With your most effective, easy and popular meals! 😊

      I use literally everything in my pantry lol.
      Sea salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground mustard, cayenne, parsley.

      There is a large list of benefits, but I specially drink it for my gut health. Great source of collagen, helps with skin, hair etc. I also drink it for the protein. It has tons of protein in just a cup. So great to drink if you don’t like protein powder, or you struggle to get enough protein in.

      Hi!! I’ve actually always been very rectangle, and a bit boxy, even when I was thin. Over the years I’ve worked to build some type of curves.

    Do you track your calories at all?

      Whenever I am in a weight/fat loss phase I definitely do. I know it’s not for everyone, but I personally need to count in order to make sure Im staying in a deficit and hitting my protein. When I’m not cutting, I don’t but I am still mindful of how many calories I am intaking.

    Does all of that excess protein not harm your kidney/ liver?

      The whole too much protein thing is a myth, unless you already have a pre-existing condition. You would have to have an ungodly amount of protein for it to actually affect your liver/kidneys… My 130-150g of protein daily won’t hurt me at all.
