    So glad I found your series. We’re doing a parallel cut. I just love seeing how your diet is so very different than mine. Just drives home the concept of biodiversity. I just restarted my TH-cam channel and I started with a mini cut. I’m a 66-year-old physique athlete. I look forward to seeing your future videos. You are absolutely beautiful.

    I would really like to join you,I am 170 and would really like to get to 165 with more muscle,I’m dealing with hormone imbalance due to menopause and thyroid issues but I’m not giving up I absolutely love your channel,I live in the UK and there are no UK you tubers like you.Really appreciate how much you inspire us girlies of all ages ❤

      ​@@Chiny751 y'all must have alot of muscles, because at 5'5' and bouncing around 175-185 I look like the Michelin ma, while y'all out here looking like Wonder Woman, its been a struggle getting out of the 170s... I was sooooo close in July, but new job environment, vacation, plus hormones inbalance acting up... body was not happy...finally got the scale to dip just a smidge since early August... this is so hard. 😭

    I loved this video. I am working on losing another 60 pounds. I am trying to do liquid diet to get close to God and get hold on life and realize im so blessed. And be grateful I do have food. And eat clean once im done. Thinking going 7 days without food at most 5 days. And not focus on weight loss but focus on completing it and letting go of toxic thinking thank you for posting this.

    You look amazing even before the cut. We are coming into the 3rd quarter of the year and I’m trying to get myself together too. I definitely need to shed at least 15 lbs before the new year. Also I determined to smooth/tone my body. Thanks for sharing! You’re motivating me to get on it! Also I’m just figuring I have to cut all my dairy…can you through some suggestions for cheeses and yogurts.

      Thank you so much! Definitely plan on losing that 15 with you! And grab siggis yogurt. It’s the best as far as quality, sugar being low and protein being higher. The cheese I’m still figuring out.

    I'm all for this series and thank you for being honest about the chicken sausage, lol. I'm working as well to include more veggies in my diet so this will help me. The meals are simply, yet filling so easy to attempt. You're current weight is my goal weight so I understand wanting to reset and get it together. It is all about your personal happiness. I have a ways to go, but I'm motivated to get it done! Good luck to you through this process!

    Perspective is hilarious. Ur “looking like crap” is my dream body right now lol. I’m back on my fitness journey, and looking forward to long term commitment. It’s refreshing to hear u acknowledge that u take occasional breaks from focusing on training. Imagining the restrictions being non stop, can be overwhelming and intimidating.

    I was literally just getting ready for work telling myself the exact same thing!! I am literally same height and weight and I am trying to get myself together for the end of the year as well... whole self!! Body, skin, everything!!!

    I also fell off a bit w/the gym. I’m in the military and recently moved to a new state; just now feeling settled in. the gyms here suck! so I gotta make due w/what’s here. But I need to get back on a steady workout routine because I feel sooo terrible not getting a great workout consistently.

    I thought my almond milk was healthier than it was.I found out about the Yuka app, it scans food and cosmetic items and tells you the health impact of stuff it’s pretty cool

    I sometimes replace the mayo with mashed avocado. You could also try to replace it with the hummus unless you only like it on the side.

    I need to get my hormones together as well. The way in which my body requires me to eat, is very very clean. Im vegetarian but I will be cutting diary because that’s when I see results & feel better.
    It takes a lot of effort. Im a routine person. If I can get on routine for at least 3 days in a row, I’ll be straight. I don’t want to be fat summer 2023 or any summer after that lol. I love seeing when women put in work. Thanks for sharing 💜✨

    What? Those chicken sausages are life! I always sauté the, with my eggs and spinach…yummmmmm I’ve never had them for dinner though, always breakfast. The ingredients are top notch and so are the ones in the Simple Mills crackers. Siete anything is also life. That is the only brand I eat when I’m looking for something in the tortilla/burrito family and their grain free. Anywho, I am on this journey with you. My doc wants me to get back to lifting and stretching in my mature age. I put everything down when Covid hit, tried to get back but I started school. I’m pretty okay with my eating so now need to really work on my gym time. Can’t wait to see how you progress.

      I did not like the flavor at all 😩. But I found a different brand at Whole Foods that I love. And yesss to getting back in the gym. My video for my workouts for the week will be dropping Thursday.

    Girl I just realized that most mayo don’t even have dairy in it! It’s just egg oil etc. i don’t eat dairy either. So check the ingredients. Yours may not have it, so guilt free 🙌🏾

    Sis, the hyperpigmentation/ dark spots on the side of your face--- That can all be gone in 3 weeks if you use glycolic acid 30% from Amazon, and make sure you have baking soda to neutralize n remove it. That's how I got rid of my marks.

      Also, have you tried oat milk? I used to live in Ladera Hts and that's one of the few good things I took back East with me :-p Once I tasted how much creamier it is than almond milk and learned that it's 1/6 the cost to produce than almonds, I completely switched to oat milk. Tastes better and eco-friendly.

    God be showing me thing i swear! im also getting my hormones together after being on birth control so long! they dont tell you you need to do this once you stop! smh also cutting back on dairy as well! barely eat cheese and cut back on the white salad dressing! you will feel so much better and you will notice your cycles are less painful or u just feel less drained! keep staying away from that dairy and also cutting back on red meat when your cycle is approaching... i swear it will help Thank you for the meal ideas cuz i been getting bored

    Possible unpopular opinion here - is it possible that your body naturally appreciates being a little heavier because of your muscle mass. You look fantastic and I follow you particularly because you are muscular but still curvy like me. I did not study sports science, but I spent the majority of my 20s always trying to cut weight and did not appreciate my body where it was. I am 5’10’’ and at the time stayed around 165-175 weight. I am now 215, and I look at old videos of myself and look gaunt based on my muscle mass. Ideally would be happy around 180 now. Definitely not BMI-friendly but a happier, more balanced version of me. I say this, having followed you for a long time. We love and support you at any weight, and I hope you love and support yourself too. I just politely noticed that you are often talking about weight loss which we get so used to as women but hoping you and we can collectively talk about balance. I will take six months to a year to get to my ideal weight. I am 35.

      Not at all an unpopular opinion, and it’s actually a great question. Not something people talk about enough. The size I am at currently, my body actually hates it. The way I feel internally, the way I’ve been battling with hormonal issues, stomach issues has all lead to where I currently am. You are right though when it comes to not appreciating my body. I would say when I say around 165lbs is when I felt ky absolute best! I was so happy, it was so easy to maintain and I was still trying to lose weight smh. Now I’m working on healing internally and getting back to what’s comfortable. I hope that makes sense.

    I'm impressed that you got that much protein in! That's my struggle. I started back a couple of weeks ago. I saw myself in the mirror while on vacation....and damn. What happened?!?! It goes wrong so fast. LOL
    I started with counting calories. It's not my fave...but it is eye opening. For exercise, I rode my bike and I picked 10 minute classes. I feel like it helped mentally with getting back to a schedule. I'm now up to 20 min rides. I decided to pick classes that were easier vs hard one that were meant for fit people.
    Do you incorporate alcohol into your diet when cutting?

You look amazing I was 319 lbs 0ver 10 years ago, I am 203 I did get down to 187 last year and I loved it there But I want to get to 165-170, I am 5'8, Ive always been a big gurl so dont want to be skinny Just healthier at whatever weight I am, but yeah, thanks for sharing, #WeGotThis...
