  • Hi, I'm Rhea. This is a 10 minute side hip/hip dips workout workout that will work your hips to help tone and tighten them.This is an all floor workout.
    If you're looking to lose weight and burn fat, especially belly fat or the fat around the glutes/hip, a combination of strength/toning workouts, cardio workouts and diet is the most effective. All these videos are available on the channel. There is also a diet video for some tips if you are interested.
    As a matter of fact, hip dips are completely normal and natural. The goal with this video is to provide some exercises to specifically target the side of the hips that you can incorporate into your workout routine.
