3:22 "How did that even happen" - Well, he saved her dog.
Yeah, but getting blow jobs doesn't pay the bills. Someone still needs to fix his car window.
That actress was also in like soft core porn back in the day I think. I heard that somewhere
Such a fun classic. Another Jim Carrey movie I suggest is "I Love You Philip Morris", it's more recent and with Ewan McGregor and a mix of serious and comedy.
@VKunia
I'll just say this concerning Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls (part 2).
There's a scene of Jim Carry. When driving to the consulate for the first time
He Forgot his lines and the entire scene is Jim riffing and screwing off.
It was loved so much they kept it in.
"Excuse me, is Greg here? .....Thank you."
6:47 21 year old construction workers addicted to redbull walking into work
3:50 holy shit watching this post Breaking Bad is a trip lol. Used to love this movie as a kid now it's got Hector in it
Ace Ventura looks like he would've invented "The Floss" dance while in his Highschool Prom.😂
"i wonder if he has any pets" she said..... Oh my sweet child. You so cute
Not only do I quote this movie at least 10 times a day, but I mimic a lot of his mannerisms too.
Vicky: I wonder if he has any pets???
Sees his apartment
13:51 I remember reading that Courtney Cox had no idea where he was going with that story and her reaction was real.
You need to watch "The Mask" (1994). Jim Carrey absolutely steals the show in that one!
Tough to "steal the show" when you're the lead (since you're the one it would be stolen from).
My dad loved Jim Carrey on in living color, show me the movie, when I was way too young, and Jim Carrey has probably been my favorite comedic actor ever since
I love this move for many reasons, but mostly because Im a life long Miami Dolphins fan and Dan Marino is my all time favorite player. I've seen it MANY times lol.
This was his first staring role in a movie where he became THE Jim Carrey. Before that, he was one of the more popular actors on a sketch series called In Living Color. Also, he did have a starring role in Once Bitten that was a fun 80's vampire comedy as well as a minor role in Earth Girls Are Easy that was also really fun.
He did a drama called ( doing time on maple drive) before this.
This film was a STAPLE of my childhood. I could recite it by heart.
The guy reaching into the mailbox... was Don Shula... coach of the Miami Dolphins.
I love this movie. Am personally a huge animal lover. Especially sharks, my personal favorite!
8:00 that's the scene with the death metal band Cannibal Corpse playing that song "Hammer Smash Face".
Now, the goal is to find the deleted scene where Ace ends up on stage performing it with the band, who he was a huge fan off.
Jesus Christ, that movie is way too funny as hell!
Love the Cannibal Corpse cameo!! 🤘😎🤘
🤣😂🤣
Anyday that Vicky uploads is a B E A Utiful day! :)
"Tom Ace" and "Shady Acres" while the directors name is Tom Shadyac lol they were all bonkers
When I was 8 my mom was a hair dresser and one of her clients was a big wig at Warner Brothers. Her and I got to go to the sneak peak of ace ventura and jim carrey was literally sitting beside me for the movie.(toronto Ontario premiere) It was pretty fun lol
Jim Carrey is amazing. My favorite movies of his are The Mask and Liar Liar.
3:52 now thats how i imagined Hector Salamancas voice!
Edit: if your up for it a good animal movie is 'Hachi: a dogs tale' have tissues nearby though..
It has probably already been mentioned, but the one where the raccoon Falls and dies is Ace Ventura 2 When Nature Calls.
I never would’ve expected you to react to this! Now you gotta do the second one it’s just as unhinged xd
15:00 pretty much. For sure he was told the premise of the film, already the premise sounds odd/goofy and he was like “$&@? It! Wild man mode activate!” And boom we got this.
So many movie references XD he's great. Start Trek, Poltergiest, Jaws on and on. haha
My fav scene in this movie was the cannibal corpse scene there was a deleted scene with ace on stage with the band that’s just gold I wish they kept it in the film
Unexpected crossover: Ace Ventura and Breaking Bad
"Last chance to talk to me, Hector."
23:54 😄 Leave it to Ace Ventura to rescue _one_ mascot and then get into a fight with _another._
From your description you saw Ace Ventura 2 as a kid Vee, which whilst still funny isnt even playing the same sport as this movie never mind the same league :P Ace Ventura 1 remains Jim's magnum opus and still makes me laugh out loud multiple times every time after many many rewatched over the years!
7:38 That line right there gives away the "twist" at the end of the movie.
