I’ve found matchmaking to be about the same more or less. If USF2 gets more play I feel like part of it is because it’s newer. Another part of it being that the inputs for moves are made MUCH easier like what they did with SFV, so that combined with the slower online match speed means the barrier to entry is MUCH more lenient. I would’ve thought the amount of Akumas and Violent Kens would’ve turned people off from this but apparently it doesn’t.
Match wise when the connection is pristine, SF30th is FAR superior.

Violent kens, Evil Ryus and Akumas are the worst players lol. Take away the special that does 60% in one unblockable hit from some of these akuma and evil ryus and they would get whooped. Love beating them with guile and sagat.

I like Dhalsim and all but I can't stand playing as him in some Street Fighter games (namely Street Fighter 2) because he's kind of slow and has very punishable moves. Or maybe I'm not playing him right idk
Evil Ryu, Violent Ken and Akuma threw off the balance charts completely, I wouldn't even bother playing this online because of these characters.

you are'nt playing him right...you have to know where his limbs are going and how far out they stretch...and you also need to practice fighting close range
