@@TwistedSoul2002 , if it leads to this becoming the definitive version it would be worth the $50 and I'd be happy to throw my money down. The only thing I'd be more excited for is a new Darkstalkers game. This is the most well done and respectful balancing SFII has ever seen, and Capcom should take the "Sonic Mania" approach.

Couple of things that would be cool:
- Give Akuma the Shun Goku Satsu
- Port the updated voices from Ultra Street Fighter II (the USF4 VAs).
- Palette Editor?
I hope this eventually becomes the definitive version... everything has been done and redone based on community feedback over the years and talking to many of the best ST players. If nothing else convinces you of how good this is, keep in mind this is the ONLY version of SFII that has ever had a balanced version of Akuma. Not even Capcom has been able to manage that and they've had a number of attempts.

Friend, I was able to download the game but I couldn't install the cheats folder. Can you tell me where to install it so that the cheats work? I installed the game on a RASPBERRY PI 3
Nice video and nice explanation of the new changes. I'm definitely gona play this version soon. Since Chuns stored super is gone, Hondas stored super is gone,Vega stored flip kick is gone,what about Hondas stored Ochio?? Is that still a thing in New legacy? With all honesty I never thought of the stored supers as a glitch or a mistake. I thought it was just apart of the game that some players either didn't know about or did know about but didn't want to use it just like kara jabs or glitch cancelling in umk3. I always felt like Capcom should have just given all charge characters a stored super or special. Bison and Balrog should have has stored supers like Honda and chun. Guile should have had a stored sonic boom since Honda and Vega had a stored special. That to me would have been fair. We never saw stored supers in a fighting game before ST and we will never see them again. Im 100percent think the Claw wall dive BS needed to go and The buffs for all the weaker characters to help their bad matchups and trying to overall balance the game is great though. Hopefully Capcom joins the party so we all can play New Legacy on ps5 online. Long live ST

This is way too technical for me, I just enjoy and play the game.

Very few things were outright nerfed, and only the most degenerate things. Most of the changes are subtly bringing the lower tier characters up and fixing bad matchups by altering the frame data.
